Sup jay. Eat healthier bro. Choose the salads and fruits at the truck stops instead of the McDonald’s. It may cost you 35$ instead of 25$ but it’s worth it. It’s all mental. The key is knowing you’re not missing out on anything by skipping fast food

Pretty sure it's 21 yrs old to get a cdl. Stay away from mega companies like stevens transport, swift, cr England, western express, and a few others im forgetting.
