From Generation to Generation

For the Day of the "Presentation" of Christ, when Jesus' parents presented him in the temple in Jerusalem, and for the Day of Candelmas, based on Luke 2:22-40. Like all of us, Jesus inherited the systems of the the time and place in which he was born. Like Jesus, we must decide what things we want to set aside from the generations that have gone before us, and what things we want to hold on to, and pass on to the next generations.
