How much did ya get, RX 125 with sound track turned up to 11k rpm could surprise a Z 1000 in heavy traffic 😂😂😂 rebuild the top end in 15 mins no rushing just simplistic fun, boke 10 rear spokes doubling, almost indestructible 😂😂😂
Loved the Bob Brown (Chris Oldfield?) DB1! 🤤 doing a 1:05 around the 37:00 to 38:00 mark. Nice! A little story; In my early twenties (1994), I went racing on an RGV250. Had a near death crash at Doohan corner. Ended my racing. Three weeks later back at work, a lady friend said to me. “If I had of known you were racing motorbikes, I would’ve introduced you to my uncle”. I said, “who’s your uncle?” She replied, “Bob Brown.” I knew her all through high school too! 🤦♂️🤷♂️
@@rechargegarage8705 great vid. I loved the “listen to the tinkering and banter” quip! Sadly, I’ve never even been to one. But as I get less young, I’d better get there. Especially knowing what I miss out on every year! 😩 I’m currently doing up a basket case 1983 RZ250. It’s so bad, it’s going to have modern running gear. I got a free set of Hyosung 250 usd forks, wheels and swingarm, so that’s a cost free possibility. But the motor turns over and the electrics all work. I’ve got a mate who will be doing the engine strip and rebuild for me. I fear it’s too far gone in the bores, but fingers crossed!
