This is an important development! Continuous subcutaneous infusion levodopa is likely to be a great help to many people with Parkinson's. Here's a webinar in which we discuss this topic: davisphinneyfoundation.org/live-well-today-emerging-therapies-levodopa-edition/

This is a hard question to answer because it depends on many things. Typically, dyskinesia in Parkinson's relates largely to levodopa dosage and how an individual metabolizes the drug. This varies person to person. Management of dyskinesia varies from person to person as well.
That said, a 2018 article in Neurology says, "Median time from levodopa initiation to dyskinesia onset was 4 years (range 2 months to 20 years)." Here is that article: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6329327/

I have decreased afternoon dose to 25/100 instead of 50/200 cr ;i have less dyskinesia ,my experience that 50/200 had variable absorption
