Dude those look really good! I’m glad you loved that CHICK’N rub. It was designed with lemon garlic in mind but then blending those flavors into a classic bbq chicken flavor as well. It’s one of my go to rubs for just around the house.

Thanks for watching, I smoked them at 250 degrees for the first hour and then cranked the temp up to 300 for the second hour.

Ahh that's where I went wrong, by starting the wrap from the bottom. Using 2½ strips per piece for total coverage
