I love the fixtures and fittings +colour pallet in this villa,. The use of natural stone and wood gives it such a warm/inviting feeling. Bravo to the interior decor/design team, they did an amazing job, looks like something I would expect from Sandon, very classy,elegant + inviting 👌.
Great garden +pool too. I wish I could afford it lol.

A very beautiful villa but once again above its price €5.7 million no elevator no closed parking, a villa at first glance which must be less than 780 M2
Estimated at €3,200,000 maximum based on my experience

This villa is going to be sold because of the green area that surrounds the entire house, one of the few in that area that has "all the green" well leveled (it looks like Wimbledon).
Whenever I see a gym sharing space with the bar and relaxation area, I think that there would be those smart glasses that go from opaque to translucent.

Let each of them sit on each sofa, armchair, chair, touch to feel every piece of furniture in the house, go to the toilet, etc... @@zimmer.estates Realmente tento apenas ser construtivo e honesto quando deu meu opiniao. Quando um comprador decide comprar um imovel, ele deve olhar tudo, nao so a localizacao do imovel, os moveis e o preco. Para mim tudo e importante, nao sei dos outros. P. S. Esta casa e bonita, mas realmente eu acho que nao vale esse dinheiro. Primeiro, nao tem garagem, segundo nao tem elevador, e terceiro cada dormitorio nao tem seu propio banheiro. Faltam dois banheiros no dormitorios (no terreo dois dormitorios compartilham um banheiro, e no porao um dormitorio sem banheiro), e um meio banheiro no porao para os hospedes. Por esse preco, deveria ter tudo o que eu disse esta faltando.
