And the biggest problem is people say that the Russia is developed city and India is developing country so in Russia as compared to India.. the India has great types of diseases that we don't have in Russia..
Russia's population and climatic conditions are both very different from India. Diseases are also therefore different. There are so many ailments that are exclusive to the tropical countries. Doctors trained in India are way more competent for the Indian population.
That why, internship in India is important......
