This is so real. About nine months ago I had a friend suggest a relationship. She’s an incredible person and I could have a very comfortable life with her but I knew it wasn’t the right fit. She reached out to the next person she had in mind (that person is wonderful, they just happen to live in a different country). I’m still single but I know it’s the right thing because I know my friend isn’t the right fit for me and because she seems so so happy with that person who has now become her partner. I’m overjoyed for them and I’m so glad I didn’t slow them down by choosing a comfortable relationship that I didn’t really want.
