Not extra screw. Push key in the lock, and rotate the right side and pull out the lock mechanism...

Yes, totally. I recommend a magnetic bit or loosen just about all the way and use a magnetic tool to extract the screw out. Else you'll have to remove the entire door cover on the inside of the door to get to your fallen screw.
