I wish I had a place like yours. I would work a little and the rest of the time I would live in this quiet and wonderful place Thank you so much for sharing your videos that boost my morale
Well not as open and empty as his place is my neighbor is selling off her 13 acres here in Gaines County. Enough space out here that your neighbors are still not all that close to you.
Nice work as always Simon. Everyday the pond looks more like a lake. I'm excited to see how the monsoon fills up the excavation this year too. It is going to be a MUCH bigger footprint. Question for you; Have you considered pulling several short loads up to the top to build a turnaround? I imagine it is a real bear to back your rig up the road. Then even on a good run, you have to work the same load - sometimes two more times. YIKES! I hope you video the placing of the big rocks for your cactus garden. Those are serious landscape rocks. I like how you are working with the local materials whenever possible. All the best! 🤓👍
Thanks for the compliment and following along with the project as always. Yes, I have been pondering that exact thought. I have a few ideas for the locations in mind. Like you said, it is a good bit of work to get the spools up to the top. I'm looking forward to the monsoon season as well it's going to be a beautiful sight when the rain comes.
Thanks for the compliment and following along as always. The road is starting to take shape but still a good bit to do. I think for the amount of money this little machine costs you can not get a more versatile machine.
Desert Wren? Thanks for that. I thought that they were sparrows. They sure do take advantage of the nooks & crannies around the place. My wife feeding and watering them along with the doves, chipmunks and hummingbirds makes a good habitat for them.
Those big rocks will look nice in the new cactus garden. The monsoon season will start June 15th and end on September 30th. Hopefully, the season will be good this year. Thanks for watching the build as always.
I'm wondering what kind of snakes are around there. There must be a lot of rattlesnakes 🤷♂ Do you run into a lot? Great plans For the table area👍 That's one heck of a truck, pulling all those heavy loads 💪💪 Great video as always.👍😊 Have a great week
I have seen a few varieties around the ranch as far as snakes go. There was two ribbon snakes in the pond last year, and some others I couldn't tell what types. I have seen one rattle snake so far, but again, I don't go looking for them. The truck has been a work horse out at the ranch, that's for sure. Thanks for watching as always.
depending an how far from me he is we probably have similar varieties. I have seen Hognose, Gopher Snakes, Longnose Snakes, Milk snakes, Rattlesnakes, Garter and Ribbon snakes over here in Gaines Co. Every year I improve the vegetation the more wild comes in and I get to see.
The winter and spring are usually not a very rainy time for the ranch. The monsoon season, June 15th to September 30th, usually brings around 7" and the rest of the year is 3" but usually very light rain that will not help fill the pond any. Thanks for following along as always.
Thanks for watching. There is always plenty to do at the ranch. There are quite a few Mexican people I have not talked to enough people to say if native Americans are in the area or not.

Thanks for watching as always. I'm glad to hear the ranch is uplifting, and it will just get better with time.

LOVE THE CONTINUAL PROGRESS❤
I think it was a productive day with no setbacks. Thanks for following along with the project.
fantastic progress as usual,well done❤@@TimelineRanch
Great updates and great progress 👍👍👍
Thanks for following the build. It was a good, productive day at the ranch.
Really nice progress in each video. Great that you have the earthmoving equipment to do this massive undertaking.
Thanks for watching and the compliment. The little Kubota is definitely earning its money at the ranch.
Making do much progress! You are a hard working man! Lots if planning and then action! 🌻🌻🌻
Thanks for the compliment and watching, of course. Everyone has to have a purpose in life. I believe I found mine.

Such an awesome view up at the high point on the road. Lots of progress in each video.👍
It is a nice view from there you can see some points around 40 miles away. Thanks for watching the progress as always.
Good progress 👍
Thanks for following along with the ranch build. I think it was a fairly good day at the ranch.
Two lane highway up there now. Skills on the machine there, the flat blade is handy!

It seems to me that in the desert, any opportunities the wildlife gets, they take it. Thanks for following along with the build.
Enjoy watching your progress, and make moving the large rocks easy. When is your monsoon rain season. Stay safe.

What a deep hole. Good work
It's a step in the right direction, sure will be a beautiful sight full of water. Thanks for following along as always.
Great view.

How much rain do you get typically in the winter and spring months. Doesn't seem to be much. As always looking great, your progress always amazes.

Отличная работа. Интересно есть ли Мексиканцы в этой долине, или индейцы 🤔
I can picture this location as the setting for a western frontier movie.
Thanks for watching. There is always plenty to do at the ranch. There are quite a few Mexican people I have not talked to enough people to say if native Americans are in the area or not.
Yes, it does fit the bill for a Western movie. Thanks for following along.
when is it going to be rain season?
Thanks for watching the progress. The monsoon season is June 15th to September 30th. The chances go up every day the closer it gets to June as well.
