Those are fake. If you watch the news reports those teacher lied about what the kids really accomplished on their applications and staged all the acceptances. That's why literally everyone in that 'school' got into an ivy league

It's great that some of these kids got accepted to the big name schools. Now, can your family afford the ridiculous expenses? Many times, NO. So, even though they got Harvard or Yale, etc. they will actually have to attend a more economical school instate. Realities of life. They still get a very good education.
