I put a zip tie to prevent it from sliding. Yes, pool noodle can work, but I like how well the foam hold the flowers and it has less resistance when pushing the stems in.
Hi, thank you. So basically there are 2 screws on either sides that separate the top from the bottom. When I did this decor I didn't cover the screws. When it was time to transport it I took the top off by loosening the screws. My husband and myself just lift it off. I then put it in the trailer upright and secure it to the side using moving straps. I then put it back together at the venue and cover the screws with vines. It's much easier than you think to transport. The biggest thing is getting a vehicle that is big enough. This can also lay flat when transporting. My venue was very accommodating. I transported it 2 days before wedding. Thanks for watching 🙂.
It depends on the size of the van. You will then have to lay it flat to transport it which can be done. I would put the base of the circle at the bottom and the top with the flowers on top or make 2 trips. Also, don't transport it with the orbs hanging. They will break. If you have the circle, try fitting it into the van to get an idea it that will work. 🙂
Thank you for watching my video. This was done a few years ago, so I don't recall. I believe it was mentioned in the earlier comments. Just add flowers to your liking for fullness.
No, it was pretty easy to put back together. I did it with my husband. Just 2 of us, but you can use another person to help guide it onto the bottom part. Thanks for watching and for your question.
@@LisaNatash I’m just worried that the flowers would come apart. One more question, did you just take off the top half? Or did you take apart the whole arch?
I just took the top half off. The flowers were well secured. I didn't lose any. If somehow some come out, that's an easy fix... just pop them back in 😁.
How did you transport? Did you take all of the flowers and bricks off and disassemble it all together or just leave the flowers on their respective poles and just detach the poles?
This is so beautiful Zu have the same backdrop stand in 8ft. I am going to try and reproduce this for our vow renewal at the end of March❤ thanks so much for sharing.
Wonderful! I'm so happy to hear that. It's a beautiful piece that everyone will love. You can watch the video again when you are ready to create this decor or just shoot me a message in the comment section if you have any questions. Thanks for watching.
That's great to hear. And yes, regardless of the fullness, it is still a great decor that people will love. I'm glad you created it for your event. Thanks again.
It was easy to transport. We separate the top half from the bottom by removing the screws that held them together. We had a large moving trailer, so tied it to the inside upright. Putting it back together was just as easy. Just attach it and put the screws back. Thanks for your question and for watching my video 🙂.
It's pretty easy to break down. All you have to do is separate the top from the bottom and transport it in halves. When you are decorating the circle, don't cover the screws that hold the top and bottom together, that will make it easier to find when ready to transport the decor. After you transport it to the venue you would then cover it with the vines. I hope that helped. I had access to a moving vehicle. I secured it to the inside of it. A Uhaul could do the job if you are able to rent one. Thanks for watching.
Hi Tina, thanks for watching my video and for your question. I did this decor in 2021. I didn't count the flowers. I just added flowers to achieve the fullness I was looking for.
You’re welcome 😊. For pricing, you should take into account the cost of the flowers, labor (time spent creating it), transportation to the venue and breakdown after the event. If you decide to rent it. If you make it for someone, then they should take it down, or you can do it for them for a cost. I hope that helps you decide. Thanks for watching.
I separated the top half from the bottom half. They were held together by a screw. I transported it in a moving truck that had ropes to secure them to the side of the truck.
This is beautiful! Thank you for the video! I bought everything to assemble one myself for my wedding. My only question is, how do i transport it? We only get 2 hours for setup, and I feel this would take me just that to do. So i wanna predecorate it. Have you transported it predecorated before? What's the best way to do so? Thank you!
Hi Carolyn. I decorated it about a week or 2 before my wedding. It hung out in my living room for that time 🙃. It's best to decorate it a few days before your wedding and then transport it. This circle could be separated in half... top and bottom. It is held together by screws. Because I was going to separate it in half, I didn't cover that area with vine. When I put it back together at the venue, I covered the area and hung the orbs. My venue was so accommodating that they let me set up the day before my wedding. I had my bridesmaid help. It's not hard to transport. I just load it in a moving truck and tied it to the side of the truck. Thanks for watching my video, and I am so happy to hear you will be creating this masterpiece. Your guests will love it.
It's beautiful, love all your wedding decor. Im so going to try this, but think im going to try and use a pool noodle instead of foam. Thanks for your videos, I've saved a ton on the wedding so far, 😊
Awesome! Glad to hear you will be creating this decor. Yes, a pool noodle will work as well. Weddings can be so expensive, so saving on your decor is a plus. Thanks for watching and for your comment. I appreciate your support 😀.
Some of the wisteria I used were fuller. I put the thinner ones at the back and the fuller ones in front of those. That gave the illusion that they were all full. You can use the fuller ones but that will cost more. Here are 3 links for the wisterias I used. The fuller ones have less in the package. Thanks for watching. amzn.to/3qbitzx amzn.to/3Mzxnan amzn.to/3BUUlnj
Absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing this with us! I want to try to recreate this for my wedding. I wondering if I could use pool noodles instead of the foam? And how did you get it apart for transport?
Yes you can use pool noodles. To transport it you separate the top from the bottom. You basically transport it in halves. Make sure not to cover the screws or the bolts that hold the top and bottom together. This will give you easy access when separating it 🙂.
Very beautiful piece. THe "staples" you referred to are called "greening pins" and the vine you refer to are dollar eucalyptus. Nice job though. (I have been a florist for 30 years).
Hi, I didn't count how many flowers I used. I wanted lots of flowers so I just add them according to the look I wanted to achieve. If I had to guess how much wisteria... 50 or less. You can use a smaller circle if you would like which would require less flowers. If you dont have all the materials you can still create something similar by following this design. It will still look beautiful. Thanks for watching.
Hi Melva. Do you mean to transport it to the venue? If so you need 2 people. You just separate it from the middle and transport it in halves. When you are done with it you just take everything off and pull it apart. It's in 4 pieces. Thanks for watching 🙂.

Hi, it was pretty easy to transport. I pulled it apart from the screws that separate the top and bottom. So transport it in half. It was all done with the flowers still attached. I don't have a definitive number. The amount of vine greenery used was mentioned in the video. The flowers were added for fullness. I didn't count how many I used. You can still make this, and if you need it to be fuller, just add more.
So sorry, I didn't count how many I used. However, you can do a half decor instead of a full one. Meaning decorate have of it and wrap the rest with ribbon. That would save money on flowers. I will do a tutorial with that idea. Thanks for watching.

Remember to cut a small area out to fit the foam on the stand. Then attach it with ziptie. If you cut too much out that can cause it to break. I didn't have issue with it breaking. I hope that help.
Sorry, I don't understand your question. Did you meant how many flowers used? If so I didn't count them. My aim was for fullness, so I just kept adding flowers until I achieved the look.
Hello how heavy is the arch? I went on the website of wear you purchased it from and they only had 7ft are there anymore websites you can recommend that I can purchase a arch?
Hi, I put a link in the description area of one you can purchase. It's not 10ft. I believe it 8.5 x 9.5. This was the closest to 10 ft that I could find. You can create the same look using that size. If not you could look on Etsy, which will cost you a little more. Thanks for watching.

Hi Malik, it's Floral Design by Lisa. I am working on launching my website. If you need to contact me, you can do this via email: floraldesignbylisa@gmail.com.
You can use pool noodles instead of the foam to hang flowers
Yes, you can. I find the foam to be more stable. Holds the flowers longer. That's just my preference from doing these decor.
The foans were sliding down the circle, so I switched to noodles
I put a zip tie to prevent it from sliding. Yes, pool noodle can work, but I like how well the foam hold the flowers and it has less resistance when pushing the stems in.

Hi there thanks for watching my video. Here is a link to the foam amzn.to/3wOg9xW
Let me know if you have any more questions.
How do you disconnect it for transport
In half. I separate the top from the bottom. It's wrapped with this in mind so it was easy to do.

Thanks

I made it over 2 years ago. I don't remember how much it was. It is somewhere in the comments. Sorry 🫤
@@LisaNatash that’s okay!! I’ll keep looking ❤️❤️❤️
I think it was between $300-$400 including the cost for the stand.
