@@rashidmalshamsi The spreadsheet is sold unlocked. In theory you can do any type of customization. Are you having trouble adding more rows?

@Adnia Solutions yes I am having trouble adding more rows to it. Is it limited to 10 only.
Secondly, I have another requirement of an MIS. Like review planning, assignments and action plan and follow ups. For audit purposes, do you have any such report readily available.
