unbelievable work. I looked your video like a movie.
thank you
Thank you very much, the tutorials have helped me a lot, i sent my mail to you
Welcome to subscribe to my channel. I have sent you the simulation file that you want.
Congratulations on a successful work, the situation I do not understand, how did you create the N and S poles of the magnets, these selections are ready, but how will we create them, help please
U can use relative cordinates system to assign direction of magnetic flux lines
you should add more magnets in between the gaps of the nig N S magnets, as to create a halbach array, biasing the field density towards the coil!
Thanks for your advice. That is really a good way to enhance the performance of the generator. Maybe it can be the theme of my next film. However, the amount of magnets will be more, the price of magnets will be expensive, and it is not easy to place the solid Halbach array magnets.
Good day John, thankyou for sharing your knowledge for AFPMG, i would highly appreciate it if you can also share the ansys file for reference?
I have sent you an email aswell, thanks.
hi, jonh. Thanks for your help. I want to analyse torque of this generator as a motor by using 3phase current. Is the process same with this video? Do I should give current instead of voltage?
I use three-phase voltage when I want to drive the motor in the simulation software. In fact, as long as we understand the principle of the motor and we clearly know what we want to calculate? We can set voltage drive or current drive on the simulation software.
Mr.Jhon , Thanks for the video. It will be helpful if u send me the step file. I am doing research in AFPM Generator.
Hello, You can E-mail me for our detailed discussion, or I can send the simulation file to you for your detailed study.
Hi John. I appreciate your work. May I please have your Ansys and CAD files for reference? Thanks
Yes, Please send me a message to my mail and I will give you that.

Nice!!!!! I have a doubt, when I'm going to assign ORIENTATION in the magnets, It does'nt appear N o S, only appear "Global" and "Not assigned"... How can I fixed??? Is the same .step file. THANKS. Your videos are very helpfull
Hello, welcome to subscribe to the channel. Please send a letter to my mail and I will send you what you need.
hi can i get the ansys file for personal study purposes?
Hi John, it's really interesting, and could you pls send me a copy of the CAD model? Thank you very much!
That's OK. You send a message to my E-mail, and I will send you what you want.

Hi Sir. I appreciate your job.
Could I get your Ansys file for reference?
It's beneficial for me to study the Ansys Maxwell and Motor design.
I appreciate any help you can provide.
Best regards.
Yes, you have sent me a letter. I have sent you the simulation file you want.
@@johnhsu5773 Thank you so much for your help, Sir.
Hello sir
I am making a generator.
25 mm diameter and 5 mm width neudynuim magnet
16 magnets on one rotator
Diameter of rotator is 22 cm
What will the size of wire ???
Which gauge copper wire is the best for my generator???
Generally, the size specifications of the coil are determined based on the rated current of the generator. For detailed performance, you can refer to the specification sheet when purchasing the coil winding assembly. A larger diameter or higher quality of the coil can handle higher current and heat.
Mr Jhon thanks a lot for sharing us your knowledge. I will be glad if you can share me your model. I will send you an email.
Welcome to subscribe to my channel. I have sent you the simulation file you want.
From where you got the "imported" file? How did you make the model?
You can draw on the drawing interface in Ansys Maxwell by yourself.
For this type of design, I need to design only the coils and set their materials. After designing the coil, I just need to add magnet above it, right?
Do I need to add any other materials in it’s stator?
@@mmsti7867 ,you need to place many poles of magnets on the rotor and let it rotate. The magnetic field lines need to cut through the coil winding.
HI Sir Very nice video , I sent you an email, will you be able to send me the CAD and Ansys model for this motor of the above example please.
I have already sent it to you. Wishing you success in your studies.
Thank you sir for the video. Please send me the CAD model , I have sent u the mail.
Welcome to subscribe to my channel. I have sent you the simulation file that you want.
hi sir, kindly share the cad model plz...
I sent a mail also

Hi John, I've sent you an email asking for a copy of your CAD file too. Can you kindly send it to me please? Thank you so much, Ben
Ok, welcome to subscribe to this channel. I will send you what you want.
Dear John , i like your model, is it possible for you to share your model with me as well? i sent my mail to you
Hi~, I have already sent you what you want.
@@johnhsu5773 thank you so much indeed🙂🙋♂
20 volts at 500 rpm...DUUDE...(something is really OFF) coil size , wire diameter -turns...phase connection...(star-delta)
I am sure you have never heard of an induction motor. Or have you?
My PCB motor uses induction and NO magnets at all and it's even thinner than your design.
This is a radial flux induction motor. If you are interested in studying axial flux induction motors, I think it is also a feasible new design.
