Can i get a reference paper or something for this design?
How to decide value of this parameters for a better motor?
Hello, amazing work . I sent you an email could you please reply
I have replied and given you the file you want as a gift🤭.
@@johnhsu5773 Hello, could you please answer my email I have a very critical issue
Thanks again for the gift and support 😊
hello , can you explain how to design the motors in the videos ?
how' can we decide the motor windning, how many paralell wire to take how its decide?
Hello please mention the version and details of ANSYS software, as in all platform of ANSYS , the mentioned options are not available..
o cara que consegue fazer isso daí é crânio mesmo kkk
Hi John, why are u using a cylinder region for this model but a qiubic region for the other model ?
Based on my experience in evaluating the direction of this magnetic field, I know that setting the boundary range is already sufficient, which can also shorten the time for computer simulation analysis.
@@johnhsu5773 ok . why with both the qubic and cylinderical regions i am getting different torques for different region dimensions ?
Hi John, How do you define the air region around the machine? How big it should be ? Thanks
In fact, the setting of the boundary range only needs to be greater than the maximum range of the simulated object and magnetic field.
@@johnhsu5773 ok , but how much? i am geting different torques for differnt dimentions.
@@saidzanjani650 , a more detailed simulation grid setting will reduce the difference in output values, but it will increase the time for computer simulation calculation and analysis.
Thank for this video. But how did you get the full model in 3D? I would like to have the full RMxprt model in 3D as displayed in this video.
Is it possible to simulate 2D version of this type of Motor? Could you please share it’s geometry design procedure?
This type of motor is not suitable for using 2D models for calculation and analysis.
Then please share it’s 3D geometry design procedure
can you send me the complete file?
From where you got the "imported" file? How did you make the model?
You can draw on the drawing interface in Ansys Maxwell by yourself.
For this type of design, I need to design only the coils and set their materials. After designing the coil, I just need to add magnet above it, right?
Do I need to add any other materials in it’s stator?
@@mmsti7867 ,you need to place many poles of magnets on the rotor and let it rotate. The magnetic field lines need to cut through the coil winding.
hi jhon thanks for your video its very helpful ı have a question how can ı see the W output energy on results
I am sure you have never heard of an induction motor. Or have you? My PCB motor uses induction and NO magnets at all and it's even thinner than your design.
This is a radial flux induction motor. If you are interested in studying axial flux induction motors, I think it is also a feasible new design. th-cam.com/video/-Bj_1d258-o/w-d-xo.html
太棒了,非常感谢
I just wana know how to fo the animation. Is there a video on that?
How long does it take to load? and Where can i see thay?
Is this design available in your online ansys course material ... And where would I get access to the necessary software? Thanks! You've inspired me to try and learn this.
sir hello ı have a few questions how ı can contact you ı got a problem ı cannot set the magnet direction (S&N)
You can refer to the video in this link, and you will easily learn it. www.johnseniormotordesignandmagneticcircuitanalysisengineer.com/setting-the-magnet-magnetizatio
Sir there are not much terminals available in phases in excitation What to do
Did you have any thoughts on the disk axial stator and one radial stator design ideas? And why 4 phase vs three phase?
Generally speaking, the design of SRM can have multiple phase configurations, but the four phase configuration is the most common. As long as you can familiarize yourself with the most basic principles of motor control and design, you can design countless new types of motors, whether they are radial or axial flux motors.
@@johnhsu5773 understood thanks. And your thoughts on adding a second axial stator to this design? Any idea how it would affect fields?
@@johnhsu5773 have you seen this? It's an interesting proposed design for the dark matter motor but others have proposed a single central rotor with u-shaped coils wrapped or bent across the rotor rim; two different ways of getting the combined axial and radial effects from a PM motor. th-cam.com/video/O2rVw2zGgvg/w-d-xo.htmlsi=ZPoWxy1oVcfI2kVD
Is that duplicate around the axis of terminal with excitations can not be implemented in Maxwell16?Thank you sir
That's achievable, regardless of which version it is.
Hi, is it possible to give variable in reference speed for parametric simulation?
It's okay, I will pay attention to adding it in the future.
@@johnhsu5773 I'm trying to do optimetrics for different rpm but I'm unable to do. So I'm asking if it is possible to do parametric for varying rpm?
@@YashPawar-e5m ,yes, this software has this feature.
@@johnhsu5773In transient analysis, I generated a variable for speed/rpm which I assigned to angular velocity in motion setup (in unit tab it automatically converted to unitless). I tried to solve this, it resulted in very much wrong BEMF plot. Is there any other way to parametrize speed in transient simulation?
@@YashPawar-e5m , l think that your simulation analysis may have been set incorrectly or failed.
Hi, is it possible to share with us the configuration of drive and operation of switching?
great
Where's the boundaries?? Plz reply fast ASAP.
hiiii did u find it
can you make a detailed video how to work on ansys maxell from zero, lile to make a motor from zero to hero, in one video for the new students who wants from basic to design, like from stary to finished the project
Hello ur video is nice but where i can get this software. is it free?
no, it's paid for license
hello jhon thanks for the videos have a problem imported a project and cannot choose magnet poles what should ı do help me please there is no s or n pole in orientation how can make it? thank you
I think you can send me a letter and I will find a way to teach you the method of setting the magnetic pole.
Thanks for the video sir.
Can we add another stator in axial flux? So we have 2 axial stator and 1 radial stator? And how about the magnet halbach array?
Do you mean to drive this rotor with a Halbach array? What an interesting idea 😄!
Yes sir, im curious, i think it will be good based on your past video about it
Hello john , when I start create maxwell design then in validation check its will give design setting error , in mesage manager it show end clearance ,Tip inner diameter, base radius will not be forwarded to create maxwell 2D/3D designs error , can you please give me a guide way here.
You can refer to this video. Watching it a few times might help you gain insights and solve your problem through analogy. th-cam.com/video/NxTNWM-Vw_I/w-d-xo.html
Thank you!
Hi , john I am facing difficulties to design all component , I am confuse about it's calculation parameters and can you please suggest something
20 volts at 500 rpm...DUUDE...(something is really OFF) coil size , wire diameter -turns...phase connection...(star-delta)
hi can i get the ansys file for personal study purposes?
Hi sir could you please make a tutorial for permanent magnet linear genrotor and how to set the parameters and test in detail Thanks
how can I reduce cogging torque in my project it is 0.024 ı want to make it less then 0.015 also I need to weight less
What were your dimensions for the slot? It's a little too blurry to see
Sir, If you can provide this model for me to study?I am more interested in segmented stator switched reluctance motors, do you have any relevant models here that I can refer to for study.
is the same technique followed for a multilayer pcb
Yes ! It is !
i need this work for my article
How do you know which value of the timestep and stop time that you are going to use for the simulation?
I think you also sent me an email. I wrote some formulas and sent them to your email, hoping to answer your question.
Hi, what's the name of the app, please?
That software is Ansys Maxwell software.
Thank you. But the name is actually something else, ANSYS Electrocnics Desktop@@johnhsu5773
Great video sir! Can you make a video create 3D cad .step file of this double stator model
Thank you for liking my video, I will find time to make the video you want.
Liquid Nitrogen Laser Cooling System for Rotating Superconducting Cold Permanent Electromagnets for motors and Hybrid Solid State Battery Technology A spherical superconductive material coated in silver is placed inside of a neodymium magnetic sphere, the magnet and the superconductor coated in silver are then wrapped in another superconductor coated in silver with a layer of magnet around it, then the whole system is covered in a liquid nitrogen chamber that is made out of a superconductor coated in silver, then the liquid nitrogen is blasted with cold lasers from the inside of the chamber. This superconducting cold permanent electromagnet is then surrounded by a silver coil that is very close but not touching the magnet. The coil is around the magnet in all directions evenly like a cage around the magnet and is connected to a cold permanent electromagnetic motor wrapped in superconductors cooled with liquid nitrogen and cold lasers so that it rotates and is connected to a solid state battery, the solid state battery is a hybrid the discharging side and charging sides of the battery is liquid lithium and the inner side of the battery is solid lithium and has solid anodes and cathodes or superconducting anodes and cathodes coated in a thick layer of silver coated in iron that are cooled from the inside with liquid nitrogen that is cooled with lasers, though, the cooling system is on the inside of the battery it only comes into contact with the superconducting anode or cathode with control rods that are internally cooled by the liquid nitrogen coated in a thick layer of silver that is coated in iron and superconducting battery terminals the battery is compressed with air in a sealed metal casing and the whole thing is cooled with the liquid nitrogen that is cooled with lasers, on the outside, the whole battery is covered in a silver and iron liquid nitrogen sealed chamber cooled with lasers and the battery terminals are connected to the terminals on the outer most liquid nitrogen chamber directly with superconducting material like how you would jump a car positive to positive negative to negative and it will generate better power with higher density and a better discharge rate and less energy loss in the form of heat as all the heat Is contained. The motor spinning the coil around the superconducting cold permanent electromagnet wrapped in superconductors, is an axial Flux motor design in the shape of a circular prism. It has a center and two plates on each side. The center is made of two plates on each side of a molding and is stationary. The plates are made of superconducting material wrapped in a silver conductive coating with neodymium magnetic plates that have a rectangular wedge shape which are placed in an even pattern on the sides of the plates, on each side of the center molding. they are built into the inside of the superconducting plate that is made out of superconducting material coated and wrapped In silver. the center molding piece also has a neodymium plate made with wedge shaped magnets built into the inside of the superconducting plate in the very center. The plates are superconducting electromagnetic rotors and are on each side of the center molding, the center molding is also superconducting. The inner molding and the rotors or plates are covered by two moldings on each side which have cold lasers built into the interior and a liquid nitrogen chamber that sits on the inside of each side covering the inner plates spinning in the same direction as the inner plates. The two outer moldings on each side are made of superconducting material wrapped in silver with a neodymium plate that has rectangular wedge shapes on it in a circular pattern around it just like the disc plates that cover each side of the inner molding. the liquid nitrogen chamber is thin and covered in a silver material which is covered in a superconductor then again covered in silver with the rectangular wedge shaped magnets on the outside of them in an even pattern around the disc plate and it is stationary on both sides, covering the two plates on the inside which In turn covers the inner molding. I've already stated how the liquid nitrogen plates are stationary as well as the center molding, though, the two plates on each side of the center molding, and the shaft are connected and move with each other when a current is applied. To get the alternating current you must connect a control disc to monitor the speed of the motor as well as provide the alternating current by having an alternator connected to the positive side of the battery. The motor must not be sealed off from the air. It also must gradually increase in speed, in order for that you need the control disc connected to a switch so that you can turn the circuit on and off as well as control the current running through the entire motor system.
How to draw traces on the pcb board?
I drew it bit by bit by myself.
can you share the aedt file?
very nice!
