Good information. A good shop, if you purchased your bike at one, should set you up properly. Of course if you order direct to consumer and don't get your bike put together at a shop, then all of this info will be helpful. You also can use this info to determine if a shop is setting you up properly or not.
@@gmbntech 160 fox factory 36, thought bout 38s but 36 plenty! Loving my brake combo lil bit of Frankenstein aka Poor man’s Saint brakeset… Zee calipers paired up with XT levers, worked sooooo goood🤙🏽
Hey I love the videos! Looking to upgrade to my first ultra premium bike, price really isn’t an issue, any recommendations for an enduro bike that is as playful as possible, I never ride for time, I just love going down difficult terrain and hitting every jump possible, also love learning ground tricks whenever I can!! Thank you
Whats the best way to get the handle bars backsweep angle right? I seem to struggle a bit, and suffer after rides (wrist pain) ... Been trying to adjust the rotation on stem to match my usual riding position.... Help pls.
Wish ergon would do a pair dark Grey grips anyone using or used them vitoria mazza tyres on it? My new bike came with a magic mary on front and big Betty on the rear but hearing the are quite soft and puncture prone?
#askgmbn is there recommend correlation between the saddle height and handlebar height? There is often times to little adjustment to handlebars in my opinion. I like the bars roughly level with the saddle and had to install a higher rise bar to achieve it.
How does the saddle setback (aligning knee with pedal) work with steeper seat tubes on modern bikes? Moving the saddle back effectively slackens the seat tube angle, negating the supposed climbing benefits. #AskGMBNTech
I can't stand modern bikes for this reason. 76 degree seat tubes and inline posts from factory. I'm directly over the pedals and my knees are half a foot over my toes. End up with crazy knee pain. I'm used to riding a GT force LE with a 66 head angle, 72.5 seat angle with a setback post. Knees end up over ball of feet at 3 and 9 with no pain.

This was fantastic thank you!

Good luck getting your pedals in a 3 o’clock and 6 o’clock position 😂
Depends on hoe buggerd your cranks are😅
You beat me to it.
LMAO 😂
Pretty easy mistake on an old square taper crankset 😂😂
@@matt_acton-varian Those were the days, made for a ‘challenging ‘ ride 🚵🏻♀️😜
Congrats on the new baby... When is it due... And what will be its fav bike brand.

Can't add spacers to stem if forks already cut lol
You not seen the new Bluetooth stem😅
3 & maybe 9 😅
7:27 “you can move your bar until they perfectly align with the wheel” … no such thing!😂😂
What if all your bikes are single speed without shocks like mine are.(except my fatbike)
Is this her correct size bike? looks so tiny on her.
She doesn’t even have to try
