The only way Is to fix this problem is to 1) get a usb -)(flash drive) and download windows installation media on it then 2) resart your pc though the installation media through bios boot section 3) follow the steps but choose custom download and (uninstall all drivers) then once it says new and let's you click on it you follow the rest of the media PS. It resarted the media in a loop for me when it says your pc will resart so make sure to plug out the usb when it says that😁👍
