    Awesome video. Got some cheap gauges, made sure they were synced, then followed your lead. Couldn't believe what a difference in ride quality there was, even though the carbs were only a little out of sync. I didn't even get it 100% perfect and it's still significantly better under load now

    on the right side, what is the correct order to connect the hoses on carb 1 and 3? second gauge from the right to #1?

    on a side note use each gauge on the same carb to see if they are reading the same vacume.. one could read differently

    Are you in ireland by any chance Steve? I'm in county louth myself , and trying to get a 1986 gl1200 resurrected. Maybe I could get a bit of advice or info from you , your videos are so good

    You can hear a big difference when it's in sync. That said mine needs done yesterday haha.

    Did you have to remove the gas tank for this? This looks much easier than I thought.

      No need to remove the tank or false tank covers. You may have to remove the lower left and right cowlings though depending on the bike.
