[0:00 - 0:59]: Hashin introduces himself as a seasoned software engineer and architect. He shares his enthusiasm for using NextJS, especially for creating static sites, and highlights the video’s focus on how to set up SEO-friendly static sites using NextJS.
Setting Up NextJS for Static Site Generation:
[1:00 - 2:59]: Hashin walks through the basic setup of a NextJS project using the Vercel blog starter template. He demonstrates how to copy the command, run it in the terminal, and get a basic blog up and running quickly. He briefly explores the file structure, focusing on markdown files, dynamic routing, and how to customize the setup.
Advanced Setup with MDX and React Components:
[3:00 - 5:29]: Hashin introduces an alternative setup using a different Vercel template that supports MDX (Markdown with JSX) for importing React components. This setup allows for more dynamic content and is particularly useful for developers who want to integrate interactive elements into their blog posts.
    Exploring Vercel Templates:
[5:30 - 6:52]: He highlights the variety of starter templates available on Vercel, including those tailored for AI, content layers, and even WordPress integrations. He notes that while there are many options, the simple and straightforward setup he uses works well for his needs, especially in terms of SEO performance.
    SEO and Performance Optimization:
[6:53 - 10:09]: Hashin emphasizes the SEO benefits of using NextJS, particularly how it generates static HTML pages that Google loves due to their speed and lightweight nature. He showcases an example of his own project, which has rapidly gained indexed pages and started generating sales, attributing much of this success to the efficiency of NextJS.
Using AI and Automating Content Creation:
[10:10 - 12:42]: Hashin touches on his use of AI tools to programmatically generate content for his websites. He hints at an upcoming project involving AI-generated content and research agents integrated with NextJS, highlighting the future potential of combining AI with static site generation.
    Comparison with WordPress:
[12:43 - 13:42]: Hashin compares NextJS with WordPress, pointing out that NextJS is more lightweight, easier to optimize for SEO, and more suitable for developers who prefer coding over managing WordPress plugins. He also mentions the ease of generating metadata programmatically in NextJS.
Final Thoughts and Potential of NextJS:
[13:43 - 14:17]: Hashin concludes by reiterating the benefits of using NextJS for SEO-friendly static sites, noting that it’s not only faster but also more effective in generating and indexing large volumes of content. He shares his excitement about the future possibilities with NextJS and AI integration.

Hi, I'm the owner of a graphic design agency and now I want to launch a website like Shutterstock. basically, I want to sell vector designs. how can I hire someone who can do image SEO in bulk?

Not sure what you mean by image SEO. Off the top of my head see what keywords are driving traffic to for example shutterstock - or the where your audience hangs out maybe another site . Write image description pages for those pages displaying images and get them indexed - for example you can target Etsy shop owners who look for vector designs for printables
