I wish they chose to run it more when Sam took over, GB knew we were in a pass now mode and running it would have-at the very least-help set up some semblance of a Play Action game. Especially after Zach busted through for his TD. It didn’t help that Sam didn’t make his progressions and force the ball to Noah Fant. I get it. The TE is the safety blanket. Yet DK and Tyler were in some prime spots to catch the ball while Noah was covered.
I was happy and felt fortunate that we had a good back up -until yesterday. Wow! What did I watch from Howell yesterday? I have ever seen something like that.
If they let Gino out there at any less than 100% mobility, he's at a high risk for getting injured worse in the death zone created bY Grubbs scheme behind that OL. I've seen it happen almost every time a coach lets a player play with a limp.
Walker is definitely a trade option as long as Seattle gets another top end RB who is more durable. Walker has had multiple medical or injury related games missed every season. Seattle should draft Cam Scattebo or someone who has good speed and built like a rock. After that game against GB, it is obvious that Seahawks are outside the scope of a playoff team. Can hardly win a home game in ideal circumstances. They have not developed dominance in the trenches and are thus inconsistent week to week. Seattle will be looking for another qb next year as well. Brian Grubb needs some OC continuing education courses.
For everybody getting mad at geno for that interception. Somebody please show the fans the fact that the center messed up the snap count and snapped it too early making geno have to basically force a random pass and give us an interception. If geno is healthy im 100% rooting for this guy behind an offensive line that actually cares about the guy.
RYAN GRUBB has to go....he's not going to use the Seahawks as his learning curve. It could take him 5 years (who knows) to become an effective NFL OC. He may never be good enough for the NFL. I don't want to wait around for him to figure it out. Had SNIEDER hired an experienced NFL OC that would have greatly helped Mike McDonald out significantly, instead of having a rookie coordinator. I believe that they lose to the vikings and the rams. 9/8 final record, no playoffs.
Grubb IS the problem, and he has to go, along with Huff! So sick of the ignorant ‘fans’ automatically defaulting to the popular echo chamber narrative that it’s all the fault of the offensive line, and nothing else!
So, never heard Corbin and Rob so critical of the offense in the history of this podcast. Well deserved anger though. None of what Corbin and Rob are saying is inaccurate. Are we in favor of firing Grubb?
Yes you can certainly blame Grubb. So sick of everyone defaulting to the popular echo chamber narrative that it’s all the fault of the offensive line, and nothing else.
@@ExaltedSeahawksFanthat has been the go to since Seahawk Jesus would hold the ball longer than any other QB in the league and would run left and right and left again before throwing the ball so his guys couldn't plant their feet. Remember it's always their fault. Lol
@@Bluehawks206 Wouldn't mind solid blue with heavier green accents, but all green looks terrible and they have a losing record with those ugly green uniforms
I agree the color itself needs to go not just those stupid unis. It has no relationship to the navy blue. It's just a random color, kind of like how some basketball players are just deciding to wear randomly colored shoes as a fad. Few people would choose to wear that in real life unless their job requires high visibility clothing around forklift traffic, for example. The problem is the franchises deeply invested in it and they bathe the whole stadium in a sickly greenish glow during the games (paired with a purple for some reason). It's just weird clashy bad vibes.
Appreciate ya, Corbin and Rob. Thanks again for the content!
29:33 Rob speaks the truth and how we all feel.

He hasn’t had sufficient reps.
great pod
What it will take for Seahawks to focus on building a solid OL? Who is responsible for this mess? 12s deserve the answers.

GO HAWKS🎉

Corbin, theres something wrong with your microphone.

Just stop it.
That INT was ALL on Geno.
DK always been good , but I agree big as he is he doesn’t high point the football 🏈 the shit pisses me off !
Give Sam an actual chance before trashing him. Geez. Geno has had plenty of chances and keeps throwing red zone picka.
The problem is that those of us who have seen him since May haven't seen any progress. That's the issue.

I refuse to be sold on the fact geno is the guy. Is he our best option at this moment? Yes. But next year we need to go younger and cheaper.
@@stevenvanevery7252 that's why you're just a fan and not the Seahawks GM

Spent money on good offense line, and k9 is hurt most of the time
GENO played great until one bad play

You can’t blame Grubb for not running the ball. This o-line can’t open holes.
Seattle laid an egg on national television. Pathetic play.
They were averaging 6 yards a carry.

Not really. Sam can do more with week of prep and reps
You blind or stupid? Sam is by far behind Geno & they both suck !
If training camp was an indicator, probably not.
Seahawks are not good enough to win a playoff, offense coaching change if they want to win next year, and Geno has to go too
Starting to wonder if there's maybe some sort of beef between DK and Geno? Body language between those two has been weird all season...
Let’s retire this shitty color Action Green after this game. It’s a terrible color and design for a uniform.
I had a FB memory the other day of it being compared to Slimer from Ghost Busters. It's such ugly crap. 😂😂

I have tried to like them. Ultimately they look like a kids onesie.

Horrible take. Action green tops with navy pants are the best uniforms
Dodged a bullet? Are you serious.? Seasons over with or without mediocre Geno!!
Yeah... since they won four straight before this game.
