I hope they will stay as 6 for a long time. This set of members really works well. I mean, their chemistry vocally, visually and choreography wise are way better than before. I love how all the members have equal opportunity to showcase their talent. Keep up the good work boys and never give up on your dreams.
I wouldn't mind if Gami came back, raising their number back to 7. I understand he left the group in March 2022 for health reasons and returned to his home in Bohol province. He seems to be fine now, he has returned to Metro Manila (he is currently signed to the same label Viva as a solo artist) and seems to be doing some rehearsals with Alamat, Mo even mentioned that he was staying in Balay Alamat (their training house, where 4 of them still live) at one point. I hope he will join them in their upcoming solo concert on Dec 9, 2023, I have tickets. Perhaps he can feature on some of their future releases, or even return as a regular member. Gami is a great vocalist, he would be an asset to the group.
A little tidbit: Gami sang some harmonies on their latest M/V release Dagundong. This was acknowledged in the subtitles, written by Alamat's creative director Jason Paul Laxamana. It seems Gami is in the good graces of the management of Ninuno Media, the talent management agency. I hope Gami will feature more in Alamat's future work.
