I tried this and believe me this is is the best version of Afghani chicken in my opinion. I had some guests and they liked this gravy so much that they almost finished it. Was skeptical about adding one whole cup of cashews but the end result was worth it. If you add less cashews, won't taste as good as it should be. Thank you chef. Your all recipes are amazing.

If you are using grill then cut a onion half and dip in the oil before you put the meat in the grill it will help till certain extent or use the nonstick spray on the grill that will do the Job
