Recuperating from Covid, after 6 weeks was still out of breath and fatigued. While walking upstairs, I heard the Lord say, “Breathe Deeply!!!!”I looked up, repeated what He said and started breathing deeply. The cough went away and fatigue is leaving! Hallelujah!!!

I am SO glad to have you back on-line! Praise the Lord!
Following a diagnosis of metastic breast cancer in 2010 and a partial mastectomy, I did not take the prescribed 5 weeksnof radiation or 5 months of chemo; I believed that given the right support, my body was designed to heal itself. I changed my diet, took medicinal mushrooms, balanced my hormones and carried on with life. How delighted I was to find you about 5 years later saying pretty much that exact message, and filling in the "how." And how disappointed I was when your teaching was silenced. Welcome back, Barbara!

What stage were you? My sister was just diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic. She first had stage 3 and got the mastectomy and did all the standard of care treatments. It came back 7 months later in her hip bone and now it's in her liver and spine and other hip bone. Is there any hope for my sister? I know God can do miracles but this cancer is bad and spreading fast. 😭

Barbara, you are amazing in every way! You are so right about raising kids, teaching them work and play. My 53-year-old husband is the end product of not being taught to work when he was younger. He is like that "useless" teenager you mentioned. In his free time, he just sits in his lazy chair reading novels or laying in bed watching TV. Our backyard is like a jungle and front yard has overgrown bushes. My next-door neighbor had to trim our trees and shrubs so our curb appeal wouldn't affect the sale of his house. We have 3 sons. I tries so hard to make them work in the household, but my husband tends to take over their chores. So frustrating!

@@LivingSpringsRetreat in areas with 6+ months of high humidity outside we can't keep windows open. It's a struggle. I dislike dehumidifiers as they produce lots of warm air. The forced air HVAC is a dust & mold spreading.....and most homes have this type of cooling. I learned that presence of mold causes different health issues in people but more often it's low Vasopressin causes frequent urination, light color urine, high heart rate, bad sleep , heart palpitations, etc.
It's impossible to find not moldy home....
I use garlic, cloves, raw beets for detox. Amount of water is questionable as water doesn't get into cell when electrolytes are not in balance & molds cause that too. Would appreciate your reply.

    Dear Barb.
Richard Ian of Kerr here again. My mother tells my tale, when I was born 2 or so months early, I spent my first months in a hospital crib while my mother returned to work nursing. When I was allowed home, the first afternoon with my mother trying to calm my crying accidentally spilt coffee in my mouth and apparently I settled immediately. And so my mother the trained nurse, thought it smart to from then onwards put coffee in my milk to settle me. And gin or vodka to help me sleep. And smoked with my father in the house and car with windows up. And only ever gave me coffee, coke, ginger ale, tonic water etc, anything but water. m And we were always told to finish everything on the plate. etc etc etc. All the bad parenting. BUT IT WAS WHAT THEY WERE ASSURED WAS OK AND THE CORRECT THING TO DO by the trusted Drs our government allowed to practice within these newly calmed communities after two world wars in half a century. I see now, the war never ended, but was extended in the disguise of PEACE and new government in all our countries. AND STILL DOES WHEN I HEAR FOLKS LIKE YOU STILL HELPING MY FELLOW MAN THINK COVID WAS OR IS A REAL THING!!!!! I ask Please Barb, As I love your family and all your help you shine upon the families world wide you help. Please stop even using the term coined and termed by a marketing team used to describe our common bodies cleaning process. Please dear child of Gods love.

Because negatively charged ions are negatively charged because they have extra electrons to give you in a chemical reaction and therefore they are giving and beneficial
    Vs
Taking ions because they are positively charged because they lack the extra electrons and therefore have to take or steal them from your cells.

It is my understanding after reading the book by Russell Blaylock, Excitotoxins: The Taste That Kills, and listening to several talks by him, that its not actually MSG that is in nutritional yeast, but that nutritional yeast itself is an excitotoxin on its own. As SDA's we often eat quite a lot of "protein extract" as well. There isn't MSG in the protein extract, but protein extract is an excitotoxin on its own. What we are looking for is foods high in glutamate, which include MSG, nutritional yeast, and protein extract. All of these issues go away so beautifully when we eat a whole foods plant based diet. At your retreat build a giant Figure 8 and give yourself a path to feet wide 12 in deep and put sand in the trench and learn the Chug in the sand with a stick behind your back I do it every day on the island of Kauai all you need to do is build a figure eight give yourself a path to feet wide 12 in deep puts beach sand into that trench it is now your path now you'll chug in the sand for 1 hour every day it works for me I'm 78 years old antioxagenate 70 to 80 breaths per minute why I'm chugging in the sand

Hi Barbara I neill. I have to say something the whole of India is not filthy. It's some pockets where the population is more there it's filthy because it's poor people living there and they are not given facilities

Get that diaphragm activated. Accessory muscle use will not oxygenate the body adequately.
