I bought one new in 2016, have done 90,000 and will never sell it. In the UK we only had black or cream interior options, and no 4WD for the right hand car. But still a great great car. Ticks all the boxes, can take 4 big adults and their baggage, handles like a sports car, really quick, has all the technology on it (blind spot assist, adaptive cruise control, adaptive lights). Btw, it’s a much more refined engine, no “pops & bangs”, but makes a hell of a noise on down shifts. They had a facelift in 2016, only available in the “S” version, this is the one to get. Also had Apple CarPlay 2016 onwards.
@@anobody3116 you gotta buy them from the dealer or from eBay. But then you have to code the ECU, etc. Not sure if anyone has done a retrofit where they have posted a guide.
Hey man, do you remember by any chance if this CLS had double laminated glasses? It was an option on the facelifting e-class from the same period (all 4 windows). Thanks
Show us the S65 AMG coupé or cabrio, i'm just in love with that car. Great video, contratulations, i like so much more reviews of real people than robots journalists. Greetings from Brazil.😀
@@alaintangcervantes sweet man that’s good to hear I’m looking at buying a 2017 myself, was worried about the reliability of them. I’d tune / downpipe it just like my current BMW
Good question! The break in period is to the engine the same thing as warming up before going for a run or working out at the gym for a workout. It allows the engine to be worn in a little bit before being driven harder.
Arguably the best looking sedan....ever...
