Eldora Mountain Resort Opening Day 2023-2024 Ski Colorado 11/3/2023

It's opening day at Eldora Mountain Resort in Colorado! Some eager snow sliders spent the night before camped out under the moon shadow of the Alpenglow lift, just so they could get first chair. The predawn sky is lit up with a glorious orange radiance as the sun makes its way over the ridge to the east. The crowd is ready to go and the bell rings. It's off to the lift and up the hill! The sun is shining bright at the top of the lift and it's a bluebird sky. The snow coverage is excellent and the surface has been groomed to perfection. Time for some gliding. Lots of happy, smiling faces. The new season is off to great start.

Too bad we got warm weather and no snow in the forecast for the next week. Not good for the resorts
