Hi Jonas. Peter here. I am a huge fan of your videos. I particularly am a fan of your Swedish winter videos. Here in Brisbane, Australia where I live, the weather and water temperature is amazingly comfortable all year. I cannot even comprehend what it must be like paddling in snow and icy conditions, but I guess if you live in a Swedish climate and, like me, wish to paddle all the year round, you prepare. Love the 360 camera. Wish I could afford one for some of my adventures. I have had some scary moments twisting my action cam around in spicy conditions to get a good shot. Nearly coming to grief, but getting a good result. A 360 cam would appear much safer in that situation. I am 69 now, and find that more and more I need to keep paddling. My kilometres seem to increase as I get older. Do you find that?? The archilpeligo (is that a word)? seems a fantastic paddlling location and I thank you for showing it. Like you I also have a small fleet of high end kayaks and agree with one of your previous videos that there is not really one that does everything well. Take care, and keep your excellent content coming. BTW, I have attached a link here to some video I took of a paddle to Peel Island off the Queensland coast using sails. Something you may not see much in Sweden. Cheers...Peter th-cam.com/video/OiRnqaYNtSY/w-d-xo.html
Hi Peter. Thanks for your kind words. I have been hoping to do longer trips since I retired, but that is not the case for me. I do more courses and trips with beginners or intermediate paddlers and that tend to be shorter trips. But I have slightly more days in a kayak now. (I will do a recap video of 2023 after New year.) The 360 camera is amazing and now as I have a remote control, use it even more. That and my DJI Action 3. I don’t use my GoPros as much any more, I don’t think they are very reliable. I have it on my bucket list to go to Australia or New Zealand for kayaking. Not 2024 though as next year is almost fully booked already :) (Antarctica, Finland, Norway and Canada are some places I will go to). I will check your videos and thanks again for watching mine. Have a Merry Christmas now! /Jonas
Love the music! Such an awesome and beautiful moment to share with friends
Thank you. The last piece of music was played by my youngest son.
Really beautiful! Makes you want to go to Sweden in winter
Sorry to say but it can also be grey and rainy or very, very cold. But days like in the video, it’s stunningly beautiful.
Vilken härlig tur ni fick❤
Tack!
It looks a beautiful area to explore - made more wonderful with the snow
Here is another video from the area but in the summer. th-cam.com/video/k9K6lB8dOr8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=PFnAv0fs9dYme_wt
