Whale Baby: So, where's the candy? You said there'd be candy!
Orca: Kid... you ARE the candy.
Orcas: our name is Jeffrey Dahmer.
Wow.. such clever dialogue
That's brutal 😂😂😂
Sadly if little whale is part of their menu i feel sorry for it
@@yuzon0224 That's because you have a soul. These other people are basically terrible
That's not kidnapping, that's lunch.

This is the most epic wild life I've seen in a long time. That one Orca casually grabbing the calf is insane.
I didn’t actually expect the orca to actually push the calf towards them lmao
But that was insane
This or the synchronized wave over the iceberg to tip the seal? Orcas as just bad assess.
Orcas are awesome. Their intellect and problem solving skills are even better than many humans. Imagine the intelligence it takes to think out this strategy. Wow.
Many humans? No
LOL, don't let us get carried away too fare. There is absolutely no comparison between any mammal and the humans. We are 100's of million years ahead of any other species living on this planet.
@norseman5041 and yet we out all those "creatures" we would be doom
@norseman5041 well, certain populations like to think that lol
@@norseman5041we were a fish once.
They kidnapped the little one, painted them into orca colors and said now you will be one of us, we are going to teach you how to be a real killer whale
Hahaha
They gonna eat him
They ate its liver
They made the little calf listen to the entire new Taylor Swift release. 🤭
They used water colors, not paint......😮
Humans : No animal is evil. Only mankind can be sinister
Orcas : I'll just have one of your offspring, good bye now
As long as they take good care of it and raise it the right way, it's all fine 🥲
Evil is a simple and shallow way to describe destructive behavior born out of boredom, fear, anger or a chemical disorder. In that sense, many animals are capable of it, especially the smart ones
Evil is a human construct. Nature doesn’t care about right or wrong.
These orcas has a mind of a serial killer
Killer whales 🐋
@ghostface2556 well you're not bland
@ghost - I believe “orca” is the correct term, technically, lol. I’m more confused as to why @ilyasVa said “these orcas HAS a mind of a serial killer” when it should really be “these orcas HAVE THE mind of a serial killer”. You could even say that “an orca has the mind of a serial killer.” One noun = it HAS, multiple nouns = they, we, you all HAVE. Better grammar.
No wonder their nickname is the killer whales.
And they happen to be some of the smartest creatures alive, other intelligent animals also have these tendencies, it’s becoming a pattern…
Incredible footage
It is! How did they the footage of the calf swimming with the orcas? Incredible.
Kidnap is a good euphemism for what they did.
What do you mean euphemism? That is exactly what happened in this clip. The orcas took the humpback baby and convinced it that it was their baby.
They didn't sugarcoat what happened. They were blunt about it.
I'm sure they mention the baby being food in other parts of the full episode. That's how nature shows work. This is just a clip of the show, to entice people to watch the full show. That's called self-advertising or self-promotion. It's definitely not a euphemism.
They did exactly that. What happens later does not change what takes place initially; just like with humans.
@@northernsnow6982someone need to call the Ocean Police,Kidnaping 🙀
Poor whale can't escape now. He's been kidnapped in the ocean 😢
@Endo-uu8mo I'm glad you know the legal term. Did you realize that kidnapping also means kid snatching? The wild doesn't have police for kids getting snatched up. They fight for their young, as long as it doesn't put themselves in danger. After that, they move on.
I think we don’t realise how raw and amazing this clip is
Part of me hopes the orca just asked for a ransom, but I get the feeling that's not how this ended 😥
Its a real kidnapping😨 After reading the title I thought it to be an exaggeration
They literally kidnapped it
Wooow
Such intelligence oh my
These new drones footages are giving us. Completely new understanding on wild life especially the sea wild life
The orcas are at the top of the sea food chain
The more I learn about orcas, the more I understand they’re just terrorists of the ocean
We knew this before drones
Some of these clips look very fake. Ppl don't realise there's no law against having special effects on animal planet shows. They think just because it's animal planet show it has to be presented as real lmao 🤦♂️
@@rayromano6249 what part looks specifically fake?

Every parents nightmare :
02:00 The most beautiful and tragic narrative sequence I have ever seen in a documentary!
One of the most unbelievable orca hunting sequence I ever watched on a David Attenborough series the others that surprised me was a sequence where a orca hunts young elephant seals in rock pool and the others would be orcas wave washing seals of the ice for frozen planet and orcas hunting bowhead whales for the first time on film
Orcas are the most powerful predators of the seas.
For me it was the Grandmother orca who solo hunt a greatwhite.
@@leonsilver6946 idk, this one takes the cake...
orca just slides by at 40mph and straight up pushes a calf off his mothers side
insane really
it just took that calf with it like it was a snack
@@leonsilver6946Yo that impact was brutal. Shark was already tired and injured and that last blow was overkill.
Yes, the bowhead whale hunt is a shame. Some of those whales grow to some incredible ages, like 80's, 90's and over a hundred. The only reason, I believe is that whole areas that used to be ice have opened up. Orcas now can hunt populations of belugas, narwhal and very old bowheads whales. It's opened up to marine travel, which also can NOT be good for Arctic sealife.
Normalize hating on orcas
This is so sad! 😢😢😢
I had to watch this several times..I am in awe ! The orcas intelligence is bonkers ! Wow !
I'm afraid to watch. So sorry for that whale calf.
Kids aren’t safe anywhere 😢
Hahahah 😂
Not even the ones with helicopter parents, that don't let their kids out of their sight. It doesn't matter if your kid is at your side, and both parents are around, as shown in this clip. Good thing we aren't whales.
Most people go through life without being in any actual danger, just their perceived danger. There are infact many safe places for children. Most children even manage to make it to being an adult, with no problems at all.
@@northernsnow6982 Clearly the father had left the mother and child behind. Had he not, the orcas wouldn't have dared. Did you watch the clip?
That. Was. AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!! 🤙🏿🔱 Adding to my favorite playlist NOW. Yet another PROLIFIC moment captured by BBC and narrated by Sir Attenborough that reminds me once again why Orcas are 1 of my favorite mammals on Our Planet. They're ABSOLUTELY Brilliant thinkers and Astonishing Hunters.
Quite amazing footage. Incredible!
This footage is insane Great work
The Pied Piper of the oceans! 😮
The orca's burst and force at 02:08 is incredible
its nice to have a live meal when traveling long distance 😂
What every whale mom is afraid of
Typical Dad
I love things that live aquatically.
Even with human brain i could not figure out how to kidnap a babywhale without immobilizing the mother
Didn't watch just paused the vid and came straight to the comments
It would have been heartbreaking to watch
Rolling around 3 deep terrorizing the ocean. Lol
After watching a few shows on the orca I am still amazed how intelligent they are .
Its just how nature can be sometimes
That was pretty smooth, orcas r crazy
Do you know where your baby whales are?
They all told me “You ain’t my mom” and left ☹️
I told you last night, NO!
The orcs are literally like mafia of the sea 😂
Poor Baby 😔
The orcas intelligence is bonkers ! Wow 😁😁👍👍😂😂
Good Lord. Orcas are incredibly intelligent & clever.
Wait! They kidnap now? 😂😂😂
Fascinating mammal 😂😂
What in the Orca cartel is going on?
Also.. This. footage..WOW
How in the crazy mother of God was this footage taken ??!!
As if the bizarre incident in itself wasn't enough.
Please share in a video how the underwater footage was taken. Almost looks unrealistic.. in a very eerie manner.
Stunning beautiful gorgeous animals
It just about time orcas take over the whole ocean
BRUTAL
Mind blown by the orcas' intelligence 🤯
The middle orca was looking back at the baby whale to check.
Orcas are ocean hooligans
They will probably eat the calf when they are far away from the parents ... ?!
Yeah. Unless the parents show up at the last minute and drive them off.
They did eat it I saw the whole documentary..its very sad to see though

👌... these whales are so clever & very intelligent!!😱.....but at the same time this was so sad to watch😢...but, it's life.😪😪
orcas are terrifying creatures. super intelligent, super cunning, super deadly.
Yeah.
It's a wonderful
wonderful life ...
Orcas are literally wolves of the sea 😂
Nature can be so harsh!
And the Whale Father of the Year award goes to...
Orcas are wild
I’m so glad they don’t attack us in the wild like sharks.
80 million sharks a year are killed by the most dangerous animal on the planet.
Various scientists such as Emma Luck have criticized the term kidnapped here as it's very anthropomorphic. Most predatory animals will isolate a juvenile from its parents in order to more easily prey upon it. Its simply survival, not exactly kidnapping in the way humans would.
There outta be a longer version
Damn, that’s cold.
Where can I watch the full documentary
NY watching
Ever notice Orcas don't mess with humans in the ocean. They're smart enough to kidnap and recognize that humans are apex above the apex.
What in the actual f? The title was perfect, for once. I cannot believe that footage. It almost seems unreal.
Orcas are insanely intelligent
Even The Ocean Has their Our Edp445 😭😭
Poor calf. He's getting eaten
I just imagined the next thing he says being: "then....they eat the shit out of him."
There goes dinner.
What happened after ? Does anybody know if the doc. Showed in the full version?
The doc did show it, once they got it far enough away from the mother they attack and kill it. There was a lot of blood shown which is probably why they cut it for youtube.
Wait, so do they wind up killing the baby calf? 😳
ohhh NOOOO .. where to watch full video 🥺
What episode is this from and season
Not the first time orcas have been recorded doing this.
Animals do these oh it's nature!Orcas are amazing!Love their intelligence!
A human does the same but y'all can't appreciate the skills and put him in jail......😢
My gosh, any footage of that dinner
This is the saddest thing I’ve seen in weeks. 💔
Father comes back: Hey babe, where's little Charlie?
Mother: Moby!! One minute he was with me, and then all the sudden I saw him being shoved by 3 gangsters into a moving vehicle and they sped away!!!
Father: OMG, our son! How could you let this happen? I can't leave you alone for a second!! Five years of hard work for nothing!!
What happened to the baby whale...err now orca?
They attacked and killed it once they got it far enough away from the mother
This footage is absolute INSANE. WOW!!!! The orcas cartel at it again :D Love them
I’m more curious about the male that was accompanying the mom and calf. They don’t usually
Sometimes Male Humpbacks escort mothers and calves as sort of sn escort so when the Calf reaches independence the escorting male will have a better chance at mating with the female. They will not only escort and deter mother and baby humpbacks but males have also been documented scaring off orca's hunting other different species of whales abd sticking close to them until they believe the threat has passed
Does anyone remember they way they talked about the Raptors in Jurassic Park and kinda think the same thing about Orcas.... Minus the people eating.
When humans hunt whales "that is so cruel.we need to outlaw that"
When orca do it"aww orca are so smart.thats just part of nature"
People are so stupid 😂😂😂
😱 Oh no!
Those orca’s need to go to orca jail. Who’s their police?
Don't sugar coat it. They separated mom from baby and ate it. Kidnapping means hope of reuniting with Baby. There was no hope once these apex predators took control
Not trying to be mean/prob dumb question but…
This “just” happened while there were drones in the air and cameras close by underwater?
How much footage did they have to take to get this 3min bit?
Papa whale didn’t think they left… he just didn’t think the baby was his
Deadbeat dad is to blame again.
The young calf cant think thats its not its mother.
Wow Crazy
Then what happened?!?!?
The coastguard arrested them lol what do you think happened, they killed it and ate it duh.
Duh, we don't even know if that happened yet
I know because i watched the documentary..its very sad to see it though but its how the nature works @anthonybusch4407
