Love Shelby Scott. Poor girl was out in every bad storm we had. Anytime we heard of a flood, hurricane, blizzard or downpour, we would say "Here comes Shelby". It was a running joke at our house. My whole family will miss her. RIP.
Not neccessary, she was homebound during the Blizzard of February 1978. I bet she will be smiling down this year when the 1st major snowstorm heading to New England later this year.
