Delicious!! I used inspiration from your video. For mine, I did olive oil, the seasoning packets, green onion, chili garlic sauce, minced garlic, and some lime juice. Amazing!!!!
Yup I used make this as my midnight meal for extra flavours soy sauce , chilli sauce ,tomato sauce and an egg yolk and a spoonful of sugar along with the ingredients you added now I gurrantee that this would tastes like heaven
I love this recipe! I use this recipe minus the dried vegetables and I add salt and pepper along with green onions at the bottom and on top, I also add an egg on top :)) Thank you for this video!!
Variations of this: with a clove of garlic fried in oil or green onions and a crispy-fried egg with a creamy yolk. The flavors and textures are just heavenly!🤤 Other fave add-ins are tomato/cheese which are a couple cherry tomatoes and a slice of American & sesame peanut which includes PB or roasted peanuts & toasted sesame oil. A chili flavored tuna pouch is a nice addiction if you want protein. Also pan frying those noodles is ok and will have more of a lo-mein chew if you only boil then a minute, just al denté, then toss them around in your slightly oily pan.
i just tried this bro its heavenly amazing, with shin ramyun its Delicious i didn't cook the oil so i dont even know if its healthy but its good thank you!
Did this with an unknown brand because its soup base is so bland but it taste so good when done like this 😋 I did oil with garlic and added some soysauce... Got a bit too salty so added a little sugar to balance it out
Sometimes I use the dried veggies but most of the time I add my own real veggies and chives and gotta have an egg on top after and absolutely love the broth juice always drain it out it a cup to have on the side never waste , and I always add a meat with it for protein yummmy love my ramen 😋😋😋
I just made this with chicken nissin ramen and used sesame oil red pepper flakes the seasoning packet onion and garlic powder fresh minced garlic and chives with a lil splash of light soy sauce for a midnight snack for me and my son. Did not disappoint 🔥🔥🔥
*I tried this method once trust me it's too good 🤌❤ I'm addicted to the flavor!!! But the thing Is my noodles attached to one another but that taste amazing!*
Hey girly I have another question, I’m about to make it so if you could answer fast that would be amazing! I only have vegetable oil, should I just not use any oil or will it be okay?
What oil do you use and how much normally when I do it I keep it simple when I do it with oil soy sauce pepper flavors garlic cloves the packet and chives sense I don’t have onion but I can never get it to stick to the noodles like in all the videos I see
I’ve tried this before, add 2 cloves of garlic, gets even better😊

I feel like I just leveled up as a human being reading this one comment 😂
yeah when you break the egg and it mixes with the broth it’s so good.
I tried it, was very good. Yum 😋
Love this! Strong flavour. I thought I was the only one to drain my noodles and at the end, they aren't swimming in a bowl of water.😁
This came out so good! Thanks😊
I'm so glad!
I know that flavor is amazing but I am SUCH a broth girl 😩
I’m bothhhh. Noodles all dayyyyy

Guys!! I tried it with Maggie and it came out tasty!! Thank you Mam your recipe is awsome!!
This is sooooo good!!! 10000% worth it definitely recommend!
Yay yay
Hi this looks amazing. What was the tiny green chopped vegetable? And was that just water in the second small pan to mix the seasoning? Thanks so much
It's hot sunflower oil and I believe that's green onion
It is hot sunflower/rice bran oil and yes it’s green onion. We mostly use rice brand for this recipe tho
What did you add to the spice mix (is it oil or water)
It’s hot oil!
@@ramenhairedgirl can you just add the seasoning and oil together then heat it so I can watch if it doesn’t burn
Obviously hot oil, hot water don't sizzle like that😮
@@pabloemilioescobargaviria9914 water sandwich taste gud
Which oil? Sesame?
I prefer it on the more dry side so I usually mince some garlic and fry on a pan for a bit (after mixing in the sauce)
I had it without spring onion and forgot to add dried vegetables but loved it. Gonna try it again.
Wow..ottogi Jin ramen from were you buy this please say I wanna try this Jin ottogi ramen😅
Omg this looks so good
Cool recipe, I'll try it today.
I added cheese, milk and garlic to mine and it tastes very good
Yum!
I tried this , its good except the fact that it's too oily
Yeahh its delicious at first but as I kept eating it, the oiliness really overpowered my senses 🥲
Also
The dehydrated vegetables are meant to be boiled in water so they get rehydrated
Here, they are just hard and chewy
i just tried this bro its heavenly amazing, with shin ramyun its Delicious i didn't cook the oil so i dont even know if its healthy but its good thank you!
So so happy you liked ittt! Try it with hot oil next time, it’s FAB
also i would recommend using only half a packet of seasoning otherwise it would be too salty and adding some vinegar mmmmmmm
Did this with an unknown brand because its soup base is so bland but it taste so good when done like this 😋
I did oil with garlic and added some soysauce... Got a bit too salty so added a little sugar to balance it out

Yes...the best way to eat ramen and get the FULL FLAVOUR is just to leave out the water base soup...trust me you won't regret it!
This is must. The ingredients must be cook. Wonder why I eat some dried in noodles before.
I add porcini mushroom powder, and it's really good!
This looks amazing! I attempted it , but mine didn’t look as great. What do you think I could do differently?
Can you tell me how it looked different?!
The amount of sesame seeds she put in there were more than my braincells

This would be incredible using Ghee(clarified butter) or maybe duck fat instead of processed oils
Are we doing it wrong if we don’t spill half the seasoning packet on the stovetop?
What kind of oil have folks had the best experience with? I’m thinking olive oil with a dash of toasted sesame oil but idk…
heyy i wouldnt recommend olive oil for this. you need a more neutral tasting oil, like rapeseed/rice bran

Im trying to avoid all the salt in the seasoning packet, any substitution ideas? Thank you
