Who loves snowball cookies!? I know it's called differently in each countries - Let me know how you call it in your area (& where you are from!^^) An additional small tip: When you bake any chocolate cookies, you know it's kind of hard to judge if it's baked enough or not. I personally like to bake all the way to get the light crunchy texture for this cookie but I recommend you to bake a few pieces first as a test and see if you like it or not. And decide the baking time!
When my grandmother used to make her version of these cookies she’d put the powdered sugar to coat the cookies into a paper bag. She’d drop in a few cookies and let us shake the bag to coat the cookies. We loved doing that when we were kids.
Happy New Year! These are double chocolate snowball cookies; you took it up a notch adding cocoa and chocolate chips; pecans pair well with chocolate; and I like that you used some almond flour - winner!
What kind of cocoa powder do you use, any % of chocolate? I am sure this will be as delicious as your pecan balls I got on ebay . Many of my friends are hooked. LOL! Love your top, fluffy white to go with snow flakes outside. Rei's grown so much..... Love!
@@PastryLivingwithAya REI looks older than her age I believe, it could only mean u feed her well w good nutrition. I was sick while month of Nov til almost Christmas. Kitchen remodeling still going. Thanks for cheering us w yr vdos!🌹😍💐🥳🎈

Is this similar like brownie crinkles?
Not exactly, the cookie has more chunky texture but this one has more light, crunchy and crumbly texture!
