I have a question. Im planning on making a mod specifically for myself. I have the sprites, codes, arrows and stuff prepared but I need to do the song. Is it okay if I use an actual song right off of an artists creation or do I need to make the sound of voices myself. Im asking this to make sure I don't get copyright and all that.

i don't think using an already existing song is going to end up well for you. for voices, i'm pretty sure it's alright if you use samples from someone singing since bbpanzu did the exact same thing for sunday, but not too sure about that
