    I'm curious, what is the differences between a Christian DISC with the normal DISC? What are the elements in it that makes it Christianity?

      The assessment and the core of the results are still the same as the DISC. The reports that are generated integrate insights from scripture and spiritual formation for those looking to use it in counseling and ministry. We sell the Classic DISC as well.

      Yes for example it gives you a list of people from the bible who have similar personalities and it also list your five spiritual gifts and the areas of your church where you could serve 😊

      No difference you both need alot of delusional faith to believe you can put 8 billion people personalities into 4 types. Just like the bible this is mostly myth.

      In Scripture, we see him exhibit the positive qualities of all four types.

    Are we sure this is accurate? D's are actually the rarest type in the world. Some of these trait descriptions seem off.

      A person scoring high on both Dominant (D) and Influencing (I) traits is assertive, outgoing, and driven. They are often seen as a natural leader due to their high Dominance trait, showcasing a strong desire for results, control, and competence. They do not shy away from challenges and are often ambitious and goal-oriented. They are quick to make decisions and are usually very self-confident. Complementing their Dominance, the high Influence trait means they also have excellent interpersonal skills. They are enthusiastic, sociable, and persuasive. They are generally optimistic and have a high-energy presence that can inspire and motivate those around them. They love being part of social situations and are very comfortable in the spotlight.
      As a Christian, this individual likely embodies their faith dynamically and passionately. They are often eager to take on leadership roles within their church or faith community and can be very persuasive in sharing their beliefs with others. However, they may need to be mindful to exercise patience and humility, respecting that others may have different ways of processing information or expressing their faith. They should also ensure that their strong drive and enthusiasm do not inadvertently override the thoughts and feelings of others. This individual thrives in environments where they can take initiative, motivate others, and see immediate results. They are typically less comfortable in situations requiring meticulous attention to detail or long periods of solitary work.

    Does the animal represented by the letters coincide with the behavior of the animals?

    Isn’t the DISC a behavioral assessment, not personality?

    • @prismcounseling
      @prismcounseling  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It completely depends on the type of DISC you're talking about and its underlying theory (many people don't even know that there is more than one type of DISC). It also depends on what one means by "personality" (there's an entire field of study dedicated to it). The model behind the Christian DISC certainly talks about behavior, but also draws on the personality theory devised by David Keirsey.
