To prepare a drink for one serving we will need:
2 liters/ 68 oz
About 20-25 medium elderberry flowers
1 kg/ 35 oz sugar
20-30 g/ 0,7-1 oz citric acid
3 large lemons, maybe 1 lime
The drink infuses in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. To obtain a drink, dilute with water to taste, you can add mint.
