What a beautiful, glorious 40 minutes of my life spent right there. Been waiting so long for this duo. Sometimes when you want people who you adore to meet and collaborate it can be a massive let down and it backfires. This has been the complete opposite, a sheer joy and inspiration. Kept catching myself with a huge cheesey grin watching this through happy watery eyes. Emotional. Loved every bit of this. Really hope they do meet up again in the v near future, such a special connection. Amazing!!❤❤❤

@@REDROX9 he has tons of video deicated to it. Andrew huberman has some advice on it aswell. Generally speaking you slowly start trying ice shower and get better as you try. Always remember that the beginning is the hardest part and after that (at least in my cvase) yopu start looking forward to the ice shower. Do the breathing as he really instructs it at best in the morning or before going to bed but there really is no rule to that. just do it in an safe enviroment like not during an ice bath or driving a car or anything else besides liying on your coach or bed.
He really is absolutely mental 😂 seems like there are quite a few beneficial things that could be incorporated into your daily routine though , great watch 🏴🌶

Life all boils down to energy. Different types of energies that still evades human detection with our current science. Some things can be explained and other can't but never cast doubt until you've tried yourself. If something works, it works. It looked like a fun experience and will hopefully help you guys down the road when facing phycological struggles.

The end of the video just made me cry. I've been full immersion for the whole video, it was something really special, I felt like I was in there. But the thing about the sunflowers man...that was something else. I still have shivers typing this comment. I also lost my mom one year ago that was a real demonstration that we are still in connection with our parents when they are no longer with us, we just need to find the way to unlock that connection. And that is what just happened over there. Man that was just incredible. You guys are amazing. Love from Italy

mr. hof is talking about pain, and yes I had to deal with cold and pain, I had to take a 5 min break at work many time to concentrate on the pain on my feet and hands to keep going, now this might seem bad but here is a next of that, I had a bike crash in 2020 where I nearly broke my left shoulder, broke my left bone cheek(a doctor had to pull it back into place after my injury), and my pain was managable, and at this point I am still going, never give up and do your best!💪

Wim rarely talks about what he eats. I loved what he said about eating once a day and how he doesnt need any more and it's definitely true. Well, not for someone who is competing for Strongman, but it would be true for "normal people". And I loved what he said about the economy based on sick people. He's said on previous videos that he doesnt believe all the bs about illnesses. And he is very right. This video was awesome, although considering you 2 are familiar with cold baths I was expecting Wim to push you harder.

All I use is a small ice pod after heavy sessions and you really do feel more alive after it. Building myself up to do it on cold winter mornings 😁

Whim is so hippy dippy and can be hard work sometimes, but his methods with cold and especially the breathing, are absolutely brilliant. If you haven't tried his breathing app, just to test yourself, it will blow your mind if you do it correctly, the feelings it gives you afterwards are unmatched.
