    Rainbow Chicken:
    Ingredients:
    Chicken 500 gms
    Teriyaki Sauce 1 tbsp
    Ginger Garlic (crushed) 1-1/2 tbsp
    Corn Flour 2 tbsp
    Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
    Oyster Sauce 1 tsp
    Plain Flour 2 tbsp
    Oil for frying
    Onions 2
    Capsicums 2
    Tomatoes 2
    Carrot 1
    Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
    Sugar 1 tsp
    Salt as required
    Water ¾ cup
    Black Pepper (crushed) ¾ tsp
    White Sesame as required
    Method:
    In a chicken add teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, plain flour and leave it for few minutes.
    Then fry it.
    Now in a pan, heat oil add ginger garlic and fry.
    Then add all the veggies and cook on high flame.
    After this, add sugar, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and mix.
    Now in a ½ cup of water add corn flour and mix, cook it.
    Take it out in a dish, sprinkles white sesame and serve with rice.
    Schezwan Egg Fried Rice:
    Ingredients:
    Rice (boiled) 3 cup
    Eggs 2
    Spring Onion 3-4
    Schezwan Sauce 4 tbsp
    Carrot (chopped) 1
    Capsicum (chopped) 1
    Garlic (crushed) 1 tbsp
    Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
    Oil 4 tbsp
    Salt to taste
    Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
    Chicken Stock ¾ cup
    Method:
    Heat oil and fry garlic .now Whisk egg .then add finely cut carrot .after this add boil rice and mix well .now add chicken stock and schezwan sauce ,red chili powder ,salt and soy sauce mix .finally add green onion and large chopped capsicum and serve hot .
    Spicy Chicken Noodles Soup:
    Ingredients:
    Chicken (boiled) 150 gms
    Chicken Stock 6 cup
    Mushrooms (sliced) ¾ cup
    Spring Onions 2-3
    Noodles (boiled) 1 cup
    Sugar 2 tsp
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Vinegar 4 tbsp
    Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
    Sriracha Sauce 4 tbsp
    Red Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
    Corn Flour 3 tbsp
    Salt as required
    Ginger Garlic (crushed) 1 tbsp
    Coriander Leaves as required
    Method:
    Heat oil and lightly sauté ginger and garlic .then add long cut chicken and mushrooms add .now add chicken stock and after this add vinegar ,soy sauce ,sriracha sauce ,sugar ,salt ,crushed red chili and boil noodles and cook till then boil .now dissolve corn in water then add and stirring spoon continuously .when soup thick then add green onion and green coriander and serve .
