In todays market right now, it's definitely tough!! With the prices of used vehicles too, and especially with Tacomas, it's almost better to order a new one in the exact spec if you can! Or keep hunting for it, they are out there!
You forgot that it has cameras on the side mirrors and in the front. They come on when you have it in 4L and you can turn on the sideones when parallel parking if you want.
Bros FOURR Speed that’s true you would have seen the switch on the left side. I have a 21 and took it out in 4L and the cameras came on. Pretty snazzy. Just need rock sliders now.
Just got my 2021 in Army Green TRD Sport last weekend. So far, I love it. My first Tacoma. Have been hearing horror stories about past year’s transmission. But so far, my 21 feels great. I don’t feel the “hunting for gears” that I’ve been reading about. And it gets up and goes a little quicker than my wife’s 4 Runner.
Honestly with my 2017, it wasn't that bad, but I ended up regearing and it made a crazy difference out on the highway! But overall great trucks and you'll be happy with it! Enjoy!
I haven’t either yet with my 2021 TRD off road. I’m ready for it, experienced it before a lot with my previous old frontier. But it hasn’t been happening. Either something was improved on the 2021 or else the problem develops over time (mine’s very new)

We just paid off our Toyota corolla 2015. We won't be getting another vehicle for a while. I do want a Toyota Tacoma though. That would be nice to have for putting bigger things in the back of the truck that you can't do in a Corolla.
The Tacoma is definitely a great truck! I'm on my second one and it's great for hauling stuff! The Corolla is a great car too and will last a long time!
We have different packages here in the southeastern united states because here Toyota goes through gulf states Toyota based out of Houston which makes special packages for basically every state in the SEC.
Hey buddy I know I’ve asked this already but I just want to double check. If I have a TRD off-road 4 x 4 with the standard wheels that came with it and want to swap them out for the TRD Pro 16 inch gloss black wheels that’s perfectly fine and those wheels will fit fine without any issues correct? I’m going to keep the wrangler tires that came with the truck and just put them on the new wheels.
Hey buddy quick question for you the TRD 16 inch wheels will fit the stock tires fine correct because from my understanding the stock rims that come on the Tacoma are 16 inches so if you swap them out for the TRD 16 inch rims the 265 70r16 tires will fit perfectly fine without any issues is that correct
At this price point you might as well buy a Pro. The XP doesn’t add the Pro grill which it should like it does on the 4Runners. So for another 2k you can have a Pro.
The Pros usually have a mark up price on it. I've never been to a dealer that doesn't have a mark up price on the Pro. It's usually around $10K mark up and that's not worth it in my opinion. I bought this exact truck last weekend. Loved it. It's very nice and smooth.

I'm always confused why does Toyota make short beds? What's the point if you want a truck why not standard 6ft or bust. Even though there is a longer bed version you can't find the TRD PRO Long bed in ARMY GREEN.
I own a 17 with a short bed and it's been great for what I need it for! I have more clearance for offroading and can still haul dirt bikes/motorcycles and what ever I need! Most of the sales are also short beds too!

They are ok, max towing is around 6500 pounds. I wouldn't use it for large items or if you tow everyday! I've towed a 4500 pound boat behind mine and it's ok for short trips, but highway, ehh, stays in the higher rpm range. Smaller trailers is great though.
Army green is such an amazing color. As much as I love voodoo blue, army green is the best color for off road and trd pros. On the sport and limited it looks weird to me. Maybe because it’s a sport and when I think of sport I think of flashy cars.
It's a cool color on the Tacomas for sure! Some of the colors do look weird on certain trims! Voodoo blue on an SR5 looks odd compared to on the pro's!
What is your opinion on Lucas oil low viscosity oil stabilizer? They market this as being for modern engines, not just the thick goup. I just ordered it.
I never had gear hunting with mine. But it rarely actually would go into 6th gear. Does yours go into 6th a lot? Actually listen to the shifts and count. Even putting it into the shiftable mode won't make it upshift

Those headlights are what I’m interested in, they look like the TRD Pro headlights and you can buy the Pro headlights with the Pro badging but the ones on that truck doesn’t have them...trying to find a part # for them...I’ll have to find a VIN# to see what was on that truck....or was it an aftermarket headlight that someone put on ?
It's a nice truck for sure! They aren't the PRO headlights, but the new TRD Offroads come with this design now for the headlights! It is very similar to the PRO's though! I would assume just look up the factory lights for this model and year!
I love the 2021 Toyota Tacoma, it’s very nice! I love pickup trucks! They have a lot of room, I’m 5’3 I wish I was 6’4 , pickup trucks are great for little people like me lol
One thing I hate with a lot of the new cars/trucks claiming they are manual transmission thou they are automatic slapstick transmission want to be! If their is No clutch peddle then it's a automatic not a manual.
Is the TRD off road ready for off roading straight out of the dealer ship stock ? Or does it need a little more modifications ? I’m just tryna Not spend $48K on a pro for a good off road experience...

I did plenty of offroading when my TRD OR was stock!! It's very capable!!! I'm glad I did my 33" tires and 3" lift though. It's a noticeable upgrade though but don't shy from a stock TRD OR. They outperform all other midsize trucks in offroading even stock

They day they release an all out brown leather interior with doors that dont look toyish is the day i buy one. They need a Highcountry/Longhorn/KingRanch type trim
Might be waiting a while lol, they do offer brown leather in the tundra, for the 1894 edition I believe, but probably won't do that in the Tacoma. It's a different style truck than those bigger ones.

I got the 2020 trd pro army green MT. I agree. I wanted the color to be unique for the 2020 but hey its not available in the trd pro for 2021 so im ok with that.
I tried it in my 2021 and it worked fine. Going down hill it makes a lot of noise but the manual said that is normal. Like a self driving car but in slow motion (you still have to steer).
Yes, the 2020 is a refresh. Electric seat for the driver being able to open the passenger side door without using the fob. 8 inch screen securing passenger floor mat The transmission no more gear hunting And a few other things I just can’t remember right now do you think they would know that doing a review
Army green is the best color. I got mine and only complaint is the car beeps at you when the driver door is open in accessory mode. I want to have my door open so I can bump music while I get my snowboard gear on. Also the cup holders don’t fit liter water bottles. The FJ does... why did they make them smaller
When the accessories are on and the door is open, push that small black button in the door jam and it will go away! At least I know that works when I have opened the door before shutting off the truck. I don't have any issues with my large water bottles! But you can remove the plastic piece to accommodate larger drinks! Hope this helps!
@@BrosFOURRSpeed so the door only stops beeping when you have the truck able to power the fans, windows, etc. It beeps no matter what when it’s just on that first level after pressing the start button once
@@alexs825 It shouldn’t beep when the truck is completely off, if you have the door open and shut the truck off it will beep until you push in that black button in the door jam. With the accessories on and the door open it should beep.
It’s pretty much identical stock to stock. The screen is different and this has the sunroof and parking sensors and leather. That’s the only difference
I'm not one to race trucks however I feel like my tacoma needs more power. If it wasn't for toyotas name I'm sure other mid size trucks would out sell it, with either turbos or diesels
I can see that and not see it lol, I feel like mine has plenty of power, however I can see having more or a diesel to tow better, lots of people use the tacoma as a work truck so that would be nice to see some power for those purposes!

They are flying off the lots even at these prices! The demand is crazy for them which is why I think the prices are going up! I bought my 2017 TRD Offroad for around $10k less! I couldn't spend over 40K though for not much of a change.
Yeah... I finally pulled the trigger on a TRD Sport 4x4 v6 ARMY Green ( everything else base ) today. I had to order because the only available Tacoma locally was a 4cyl SR5 lol. The out the door price was roughly 38,000. It's pretty pricey but I live in Michigan and planning for it to last me 15-20 years because of the proven drivetrain. So IMO it's a good investment. I looked into used but it's kind of silly to buy these used because you get a better deal paying MSRP even over something 3-4 years old with 25k miles. Crazyyy
@@robertwehlau8906 It won't act any different slipping and sliding, I haven't noticed a difference driving 2wd vs awd. 4wd is more for slow speed situations.
I'm about 5'10" and I just got one as a rental. I don't know how to say this, but I have many complaints that I haven't heard anyone talk about.. 1. no CarPlay 2. Dated interior 3. Hard to enter the driver's seat. I hit my head on the door sill, and my knees on the steering wheel column. 4. No automatic seat exit/entry position. 5. Heat/Cooling controls not very ergonomic and intuitive. 6. no 360 view 7. I think this vehicle needs a major overhaul of it's interior to make it more 21st century technology and interior. 8. the Wireless charging mat does NOT work with all phone cases. I have an Otterbox defender case with my iPhones and the Qi charging mat simply doesn't work. 9. Cup holder/dash design for cup holder phone mounts. It's very difficult to put a phone charging mount in this vehicle. I have to use 2 phones with phone cup holder chargers and the phones then cover up the heating/AC controls on the dash. I think replacing cup holders and redesigning the dash is needed. 10. Steering wheel has very limited range in adjustability. My friend's Ford F250 is WAY more technologically advanced interior. I think Toyota is delaying a real interior refresh.
I'm 5'10'' and have had my third gen Tacoma since 2017! 1. Mine has bluetooth music which works great! 2. That's what people love about the interior, it's simple and has everything you need, more rugged for the offroad type interior. 3. I don't have any problems getting in and out! 4. The moving seat is a luxury, most trucks don't have that. 5. The heating and cooling is very ergonomic and laid out well! 6. The 360 view would be cool especially for offroading! 7. It could use an update and hopefully the 22 model will have similar features to the new Tundra! 8. That can be the case with other vehicles as well. I take my iPhone out of the case to use the charging mat. 9. Use a suction cup on the dash... that's not the Tacomas fault.. 10. Definitely a personal preference... Sounds like you need a different vehicle and nothing wrong with that, but there are people who love the Tacomas! And the F250 is a completely different type of truck, a full size one lol!
@@BrosFOURRSpeed I use it for work and my work involves using 2 phones with two different cell carriers because I got out in rural areas where cell reception is spotty, and I like to have CarPlay so I can have my phone's navigation on the bigger screen.. The vehicles I've used previously had CarPlay and it worked great. CarPlay is also BlueTooth for some vehicles.. I just think all vehicles should have CarPlay and Android Play for Android users. it's not the ruggedness I'm talking about. It's the ergonomic placement of everything and features I think would be favorable for ALL or ANY modern vehicle. I think for ANY truck, etc. that 360 view is important. I know there are Tacoma lovers, I just would have cited flaws in the design. Yes, I actually don't need a pickup truck for my job, but I reserved a different vehicle for my job and all they had was the Tacoma Off Road, so that's why I went to a Tacoma reviews to see if there is anything else that I should know about the vehicle since I might have it for a month. The problem with the suction cup is there isn't anywhere to use them on the dash. I hate the suction cups for one main reason, on hot days, they don't work well. I have one for my other vehicle I don't use for work and I have a smooth surface and on hot days, it falls off. Plus, the Tacoma doesn't have a very large windshield and I don't want anything obstruction my view. And I have to use 2 smartphones for my job. I can't get around that.. Other cars I had previously, didn't have any problems using cup holder charging mounts. Also, due to the placement, when I put the thing in Park, it hits one of my phones loose. Have you ever taken your phone out of an Otterbox Defender case? It's not so easy, plus, I do have to take my phone out regularly to take photos and I really want the protection of my phone case, that's why I got an Otterbox Defender case. The heating/AC controls? Not with two phones in cup holder chargers, they are completely covered by the phones.. :-( You simply aren't using your Tacoma like I am. I have specific work related needs. I do inspections out in the middle of no where, where I have to do U Turns constantly, and the Tacoma sucks for that. Most trucks suck for that. and Yes, I am looking at alternative vehicles, I just got stuck with one for the time being. I'm sure the '22 Tacoma might have a complete refresh, compared to what Ford, GMC/Chevy are doing, I think Toyota is falling behind in many areas, at least with the interior portion. On a side note, my friend's father just ordered a Lightning, and that thing looks like it's gonna be a slamming truck. Completely ergonomic, and lots of useful features for practically any owner, Unfortunately, with out of reach price tag for most people.
Yeah I have a 2020 its a nice truck but it has absolutely no power so underpowered it can't figure out what gear to be in toyota had a good idea taking that good 4.0 away and putting in the 3.5 out of the rav4. This truck should have nothing less than the 4.6 out of the gx460
I have a 2017 and I don't feel its underpowered. The only thing I noticed was the constant downshifting on the highway. I re-geared mine and it solved that problem, which is crazy Toyota couldn't fix that problem. It's not the engine that's the problem, it's the gearing, if they fixed that it would be great.
Of what? Just going over all the specs doing a review of the Toyota Tacoma. Really only the first minute or so are actual specs, the rest is showing what features and options the truck has.
How much of a difference in ride quality between the off-road and sport trims? I've heard the off-road is a much softer ride compared to the sport. Also, thanks for you videos, I've been enjoying them for awhile and they're very informative.
I would say the opposite, with the upgraded shocks the offroad has compared to the sport, the sport should be a softer ride. My offroad with the stock suspension was very "floaty" feeling, not bad but you could tell. I put in an OME suspension with the stiff option and love how it drives now! But stock for stock, may not feel a difference unless you drive them back to back to compare.
I traded my 2016 Tacoma for a 2020 Ford Ranger last month. The build quality of the Tacoma is superior to the Ranger, but the Ranger is indeed faster than the Tacoma.
Yeah bot that doesn't really make a difference. Both engines feel the same. And the overall driving experience is nearly identical. My dads 2016 4Runner felt just like my brothers 2017 Tacoma

That should not be an issue at all, the TRD Offroad comes with 17's and going to a 16'' should be fine since the pro has them!
Cool ya my TRD off road 4x4 came with 265/70r16. And since the TRD Pro’s are 16’s and im keeping the same size tire I figured it wouldn’t be a issue.

You can actually negotiate on these though. I personally wouldn’t go past a off-road. It only makes sense to me since I upgrade everything.

This is a super cool color! I checked it out on a TRD Pro Sequoia, but other looks much better on the Tacoma! Check it out!
I have a few questions. I live in Montana is this XP model available here? My next question, is the XP model available in access cab? That is the model I want not the four door pickup. Thank you for your time.
I don't see why it wouldn't be available, but check with your local dealer to see what they can get you!
Even though the Limited is my favorite trim level, this model is quite catchy and I'm surprised that most XP versions come with a sunroof.
The sunroof is a part of the tech package which gets you the rear sensors and blind spot I think, so you could get one without it for sure.
How are the Tacoma’s for towing?
They are ok, max towing is around 6500 pounds. I wouldn't use it for large items or if you tow everyday! I've towed a 4500 pound boat behind mine and it's ok for short trips, but highway, ehh, stays in the higher rpm range. Smaller trailers is great though.
I wish you could get the green in the TRD Pro for 2021!
You can get it on a 2020 I believe! They always feature a new or different color for the Pro's for each year!

Army green is such an amazing color. As much as I love voodoo blue, army green is the best color for off road and trd pros. On the sport and limited it looks weird to me. Maybe because it’s a sport and when I think of sport I think of flashy cars.
It's a cool color on the Tacomas for sure! Some of the colors do look weird on certain trims! Voodoo blue on an SR5 looks odd compared to on the pro's!

What is your opinion on Lucas oil low viscosity oil stabilizer? They market this as being for modern engines, not just the thick goup. I just ordered it.
To me oil is all the same. So I just run full synthetic oil in my cars and change it every 1 year or 5k miles. Never had an issue 😎
Seems like all the oils are the same. Most are actually forced from the same manufacturer too

How is the shifting? People say they hunt for gears.
I thought it was normal, on my brother 2017 it had a hunting gears issue until he re-geared it, but I think it's fixed for the 21's now.

I never had gear hunting with mine. But it rarely actually would go into 6th gear. Does yours go into 6th a lot? Actually listen to the shifts and count. Even putting it into the shiftable mode won't make it upshift

Those headlights are what I’m interested in, they look like the TRD Pro headlights and you can buy the Pro headlights with the Pro badging but the ones on that truck doesn’t have them...trying to find a part # for them...I’ll have to find a VIN# to see what was on that truck....or was it an aftermarket headlight that someone put on ?
It's a nice truck for sure! They aren't the PRO headlights, but the new TRD Offroads come with this design now for the headlights! It is very similar to the PRO's though! I would assume just look up the factory lights for this model and year!

One thing I hate with a lot of the new cars/trucks claiming they are manual transmission thou they are automatic slapstick transmission want to be! If their is No clutch peddle then it's a automatic not a manual.
Yeah that's true. I never said this was a manual. They do offer the Tacoma in a true manual though with a clutch and all!

I'm glad I did my 33" tires and 3" lift though. It's a noticeable upgrade though but don't shy from a stock TRD OR. They outperform all other midsize trucks in offroading even stock

Might be waiting a while lol, they do offer brown leather in the tundra, for the 1894 edition I believe, but probably won't do that in the Tacoma. It's a different style truck than those bigger ones.

Have you tried the crawl control on your 2021? I heard a lot of people say their 2020 taco crawl control doesn't work properly. :/
This isn't mine, so I wasn't able to test that. I have heard though people having some problems with it, kind of weird. My 2017 hasn't had any issues.
I tried it in my 2021 and it worked fine. Going down hill it makes a lot of noise but the manual said that is normal. Like a self driving car but in slow motion (you still have to steer).

Electric seat for the driver being able to open the passenger side door without using the fob. 8 inch screen securing passenger floor mat The transmission no more gear hunting And a few other things I just can’t remember right now do you think they would know that doing a review

Army green is the best color. I got mine and only complaint is the car beeps at you when the driver door is open in accessory mode. I want to have my door open so I can bump music while I get my snowboard gear on. Also the cup holders don’t fit liter water bottles. The FJ does... why did they make them smaller
When the accessories are on and the door is open, push that small black button in the door jam and it will go away! At least I know that works when I have opened the door before shutting off the truck. I don't have any issues with my large water bottles! But you can remove the plastic piece to accommodate larger drinks! Hope this helps!

@@BrosFOURRSpeed so the door only stops beeping when you have the truck able to power the fans, windows, etc. It beeps no matter what when it’s just on that first level after pressing the start button once
@@alexs825 It shouldn’t beep when the truck is completely off, if you have the door open and shut the truck off it will beep until you push in that black button in the door jam. With the accessories on and the door open it should beep.

It’s pretty much identical stock to stock. The screen is different and this has the sunroof and parking sensors and leather. That’s the only difference

I'm not one to race trucks however I feel like my tacoma needs more power. If it wasn't for toyotas name I'm sure other mid size trucks would out sell it, with either turbos or diesels
I can see that and not see it lol, I feel like mine has plenty of power, however I can see having more or a diesel to tow better, lots of people use the tacoma as a work truck so that would be nice to see some power for those purposes!

They are flying off the lots even at these prices! The demand is crazy for them which is why I think the prices are going up! I bought my 2017 TRD Offroad for around $10k less! I couldn't spend over 40K though for not much of a change.

Yeah... I finally pulled the trigger on a TRD Sport 4x4 v6 ARMY Green ( everything else base ) today. I had to order because the only available Tacoma locally was a 4cyl SR5 lol. The out the door price was roughly 38,000. It's pretty pricey but I live in Michigan and planning for it to last me 15-20 years because of the proven drivetrain. So IMO it's a good investment. I looked into used but it's kind of silly to buy these used because you get a better deal paying MSRP even over something 3-4 years old with 25k miles. Crazyyy

You wouldn't use it in the rain, but max speed is around 55 for most vehicles.

I'm about 5'10" and I just got one as a rental. I don't know how to say this, but I have many complaints that I haven't heard anyone talk about..
1. no CarPlay
2. Dated interior
3. Hard to enter the driver's seat. I hit my head on the door sill, and my knees on the steering wheel column.
4. No automatic seat exit/entry position.
5. Heat/Cooling controls not very ergonomic and intuitive.
6. no 360 view
7. I think this vehicle needs a major overhaul of it's interior to make it more 21st century technology and interior.
8. the Wireless charging mat does NOT work with all phone cases. I have an Otterbox defender case with my iPhones and the Qi charging mat simply doesn't work.
9. Cup holder/dash design for cup holder phone mounts. It's very difficult to put a phone charging mount in this vehicle. I have to use 2 phones with phone cup holder chargers and the phones then cover up the heating/AC controls on the dash. I think replacing cup holders and redesigning the dash is needed.
10. Steering wheel has very limited range in adjustability.
My friend's Ford F250 is WAY more technologically advanced interior. I think Toyota is delaying a real interior refresh.
I'm 5'10'' and have had my third gen Tacoma since 2017!
1. Mine has bluetooth music which works great!
2. That's what people love about the interior, it's simple and has everything you need, more rugged for the offroad type interior.
3. I don't have any problems getting in and out!
4. The moving seat is a luxury, most trucks don't have that.
5. The heating and cooling is very ergonomic and laid out well!
6. The 360 view would be cool especially for offroading!
7. It could use an update and hopefully the 22 model will have similar features to the new Tundra!
8. That can be the case with other vehicles as well. I take my iPhone out of the case to use the charging mat.
9. Use a suction cup on the dash... that's not the Tacomas fault..
10. Definitely a personal preference...
Sounds like you need a different vehicle and nothing wrong with that, but there are people who love the Tacomas! And the F250 is a completely different type of truck, a full size one lol!
@@BrosFOURRSpeed I use it for work and my work involves using 2 phones with two different cell carriers because I got out in rural areas where cell reception is spotty, and I like to have CarPlay so I can have my phone's navigation on the bigger screen.. The vehicles I've used previously had CarPlay and it worked great. CarPlay is also BlueTooth for some vehicles.. I just think all vehicles should have CarPlay and Android Play for Android users.
it's not the ruggedness I'm talking about. It's the ergonomic placement of everything and features I think would be favorable for ALL or ANY modern vehicle. I think for ANY truck, etc. that 360 view is important.
I know there are Tacoma lovers, I just would have cited flaws in the design.
Yes, I actually don't need a pickup truck for my job, but I reserved a different vehicle for my job and all they had was the Tacoma Off Road, so that's why I went to a Tacoma reviews to see if there is anything else that I should know about the vehicle since I might have it for a month.
The problem with the suction cup is there isn't anywhere to use them on the dash. I hate the suction cups for one main reason, on hot days, they don't work well. I have one for my other vehicle I don't use for work and I have a smooth surface and on hot days, it falls off.
Plus, the Tacoma doesn't have a very large windshield and I don't want anything obstruction my view. And I have to use 2 smartphones for my job. I can't get around that.. Other cars I had previously, didn't have any problems using cup holder charging mounts. Also, due to the placement, when I put the thing in Park, it hits one of my phones loose.
Have you ever taken your phone out of an Otterbox Defender case? It's not so easy, plus, I do have to take my phone out regularly to take photos and I really want the protection of my phone case, that's why I got an Otterbox Defender case.
The heating/AC controls? Not with two phones in cup holder chargers, they are completely covered by the phones.. :-(
You simply aren't using your Tacoma like I am. I have specific work related needs.
I do inspections out in the middle of no where, where I have to do U Turns constantly, and the Tacoma sucks for that. Most trucks suck for that. and Yes, I am looking at alternative vehicles, I just got stuck with one for the time being.
I'm sure the '22 Tacoma might have a complete refresh, compared to what Ford, GMC/Chevy are doing, I think Toyota is falling behind in many areas, at least with the interior portion. On a side note, my friend's father just ordered a Lightning, and that thing looks like it's gonna be a slamming truck. Completely ergonomic, and lots of useful features for practically any owner, Unfortunately, with out of reach price tag for most people.
Yeah I have a 2020 its a nice truck but it has absolutely no power so underpowered it can't figure out what gear to be in toyota had a good idea taking that good 4.0 away and putting in the 3.5 out of the rav4. This truck should have nothing less than the 4.6 out of the gx460
I have a 2017 and I don't feel its underpowered. The only thing I noticed was the constant downshifting on the highway. I re-geared mine and it solved that problem, which is crazy Toyota couldn't fix that problem. It's not the engine that's the problem, it's the gearing, if they fixed that it would be great.

Of what? Just going over all the specs doing a review of the Toyota Tacoma. Really only the first minute or so are actual specs, the rest is showing what features and options the truck has.
How much of a difference in ride quality between the off-road and sport trims? I've heard the off-road is a much softer ride compared to the sport. Also, thanks for you videos, I've been enjoying them for awhile and they're very informative.
I would say the opposite, with the upgraded shocks the offroad has compared to the sport, the sport should be a softer ride. My offroad with the stock suspension was very "floaty" feeling, not bad but you could tell. I put in an OME suspension with the stiff option and love how it drives now! But stock for stock, may not feel a difference unless you drive them back to back to compare.
I would like Toyota to compete in the Ranger Raptor category. That is what I would buy.
I think the Pro does a good job at that! Not sure what else the ranger raptor has though!

I traded my 2016 Tacoma for a 2020 Ford Ranger last month. The build quality of the Tacoma is superior to the Ranger, but the Ranger is indeed faster than the Tacoma.
Yeah the Ranger has some power. Nice truck. But I think the Tacoma is much better. Especially the interior

Yeah this is pretty much a 4 runner with a bed lol. They are pretty stable overall. But I would want to test the limits.
4runner is a 4.0L, this is a 3.5L
Yeah bot that doesn't really make a difference. Both engines feel the same. And the overall driving experience is nearly identical. My dads 2016 4Runner felt just like my brothers 2017 Tacoma
