Some key information missing. Action specs do not have adjustable seats, so you are fixed in how far forwards/backwards you are, which affects performance.
Of course, thanks for adding this. We do have a number of customers that adjust the fore and aft position of their action specification boats, simply by drilling an additional hole in the seat. This is a modification from the standard spec but relatively simple to complete. If you have any additional questions please ask. George

I think the creek seat helps to stop oil canning under the seat.
Does the action plus have the enguaged thigh brace system?
I dont believe they offer the action outfitting here in the us do they?
