New unit is coming on nicely. Surprising how entertaing an electric pallet truck is, in fact the older you get the more fun it seems. Motorbike pictures on the walls 👍👍👍

Removing anchor bolts in the floor. Cut off with a grinder, punch em back down below the floor level then pour in epoxy resin to seal. The landlord won't like it if you don't 😉

The anker bolts in the floor is a good shout to resin over them because in time with thermal movement of the floor they move and stick up again.

Hey Ricky, love the videos. I'm a club racer/MotoAmerica Rider, have done the Daytona 200 twice, and hope to get over there for some road racing(NW200 and manx/ done laps and have studied the course for 4 years) My girls RS3 Engine build holds 4 records in the drag racing world over here. We both agree it's engineering racing and not skills racing. Either way, we dream of starting a new car engine building shop and I would build the race bikes. Cool to see you grow, build, and developed your business to new heights. We love the cars, we love the bikes. Keep up the good work!!

Having moved workshops myself a few years ago, a gradual move of kit & staff is better. I could not afford the lost time shutting one , moving all the equipment in one go to the new one.

Always good to get cars in and drive into where you think you want the ramps, done this a few times and its easy to think you ‘see’ where you want to place a ramp then in reality the car has to do a 3 point manoeuvre to align which is a real pain in the long run.

If you run voltage cabling on the trays then don't run the CAT6 cabling on the same tray. drop it into it's own basket or tray mate.

Question?:- what is your take on Bilstein suspension units. Instead of putting complicated industry suspension units back in a car. Why not go for Bilstein suspension all round.

What is the load rating of the mezzanine floor? Having parts storage and an electric forklift made my life easier as we could unload off a truck and keep the bits on a Euro pallet box.

The dyno is staying at the old unit as we are expanding rather than moving.
With the bits u have left you can fill the remaining space with mez if u want.
If u cnt find someone to do your skirting give me a shout.

keep the tea room away from the customer interactive area, will get noisy and rediculous discussions will occur. Consider using " Sails" fitted across the ceiling to take out some of the reverberance of the room for a better less noisy working environment. these can of course be branded and sponsorship sold....

New workshop looking good 👌 I was a skirting board guy in a past life I'd do it for free mate if I was in your area. it's not very complicated mate mitre some ends and use adhesive dont nail it on bish bash Bosh done 👌 oh yeah I recently watch one of matt Armstrong's videos the one were he gets Mallory performance to tune his red m3 and I think the guy doing the tuning had a bit of a dig at you because around the same time you slagged of guys for flashing ecu's I think it was a bit tongue in cheek the reason I think it was aimed at you is because he put in one of your a few moments later animated segments.keep the videos coming mate 👌
