The ego alters are perception of reality allowing us to live unnaturally attached to objects because we no longer found meaning in ourselves and that's the reason we suffer. It started with fire and tools allowing us to evolve with our technology. The earth entered the Buddha when he accepted that life is suffering and stopped trying and lived without effort leaving his life to fate. Buddha's reality is the truth without the ego theirs no desire freeing himself and living the middle way he traveled through life helping others find their paths with right intention until his death returning when his teachings were no longer taught and the entire earth was suffering and his message could travel across oceans born were enlightenment isn't taught.

Thank you so much, I felt like my thoughts kept trying to tell me the.. “I’m broken story” or “I have to keep doing more spiritual work” or “I’m not there yet.” it honestly was driving me crazy and keeping me in a loop because I kept forgetting that especially in these moments that wasn’t me saying that or feeling that way but it felt so real and close that it was just like a light switch back and fourth.. even though I am perfect, I’ve done it. Ya know? and I feel like I kept going back and fourth between forgetting I am just awareness and I’m paying attention too close to these thoughts and and emotions and forgetting I’m not the mind and what really is helping me is to just keep focusing on the heart meditations or focusing on parts of my body and bringing awareness to it or just focusing on long breaths sometimes so I can just get me out of my mind and into my body and I am feeling so much better I felt like I am always saying the I am awareness and I am not the body and mind affirmations and trying to really pull myself back into awareness but there are moments when you’re not being aware even when you think you are

I had my first spiritual awakening three days ago, I want to share this but I can't because people will think I'm crazy but it happened and It was the most amazing thing I felt.... I was crying for 1 hour into infinite love and bliss.... I knew I was everything and God and I was "no it can't be" "how it is possible ?" "Why ??" ... but I couldn't deny this is it
Me too, but I now am a bit confused.
So do people like joe dispenza just feed our ego? Cause we have no where to go we just are ? And since there is no journey we just have to stay present ?
When I listen to you I am reminded of when I let expression flow. I am reminded of the youthful me who would let this happen and find myself stopping to listen or at least having the sense that I was possible. The energy or voice comes out similar yet differently when any of us allow it to do so. I am grateful for the voice as expressed in form I see called Anna a voice I’ve heard before yet a form I did not recognize until now.
Staying in the mystery of the universe by simply being...present. joyous love for being alive. Celebration of being alive regardless of the situation and what is happening. We are all here in the world to be true to our own expression of being love and expressing love in everything we do. Love creates the blessings, the joy, and the magic in our lives. Let the love of being free to be love is a way toward the pleasures, mystery, bliss, gratitude, and compassion of being a person who loves in each precious moment. Breath,a heartbeat, the listening, the simple act of being our unique self. Enjoy and learn to love in kindness. THANKS!

I have crazy IBS and violent intestinal pain with it. Im in pain all day everyday. Pain that feels like 100 toothpicks pricking my Intestines all day. Anna, she reminds me of my truth. Oddly it's the only time my pain GOES COMPLETELY

I totally agree, but I now see why people tell me I sound crazy. I say the same things and try to make it sound reasonable. I love that you don't seem to be scared of looking or sounding crazy. You inspire me to look honestly at that fear. It is a conditioning, no doubt and not a bad one per se. But it might be better if it became a conscious choice and not a constant compelling fear in the background. So I am prepared to face that head on, next time it arises.

You continually remind me of concepts I've read in Carlos Castaneda books on Don Juan. What you call the end of the person is what they called losing the human form. And once that was lost, they knew the actions of men didn't make a difference anymore. So they chose to use a method they called controlled folly in order to interact with the world of people, knowing it doesn't matter what they do or say (folly), but choosing to play the game anyway out of preference (control). I think you would find the books interesting.
