If they do manpower supply they need a license from govt. you can ask for a copy of license and also check expiry date. Google is a private matter. There is no registration with google.

Singapore employers are informal. They don’t conduct many rounds of interview. They just see your skills and experience. Ask them to give company name.

Now singapore does not approve EP/S Pass so easily. So ask them to apply and get approval (IPA) first before paying huge amount. If it is rejected by MOM all money is waste.

Most probably they are cheating you. Because they cannot ask any money for SPass , insurance etc. Anybody can give offer letter. Only when you get In Principle Approval you are safe. Please ask them to apply for the pass and give you the application copy showing your FIN number.

Try as much as possible not to give passport. Give xerox copy instead. S Pass பெற கோட்டா தேவை. எல்லா கம்பெனிக்கும் அது இருக்காது. கம்பெனி பெயர் தெரிந்தால் சொல்லுங்கள். Quarantine, swan test எல்லாம் சுமார் $2,500 ஆகும். யார் கொடுப்பது என்று தீர்மானம் பண்ணுங்கள்.

@@civilian6103 companies should employ certain number of locals for at least 3 months. Then MOM will generate quota. If not you cannot apply for S Pass as the system itself will reject the application.

I have 10yrs experience Insurance professional. Consultant told me , we applied for Work permit for your profile. Salary is 4500,it's more costly than S pass..
This may not be true; because insurance is a regulated activity here. Only locals and PRs can sell insurance. They need to pass some exams too. Don’t lose money.

To be frank, for front end end clerical job MOM won’t approve passes for foreigners. Ask them to give IPA and after that you pay their charges.
