Bro when he said bassist, that was Issei Noro that walked on stage, a guitarist LMAO. Probably just an editor who saw the slapping guitar in Domino Line which is the song that Noro is performing and assumed it was a bass. His actual bassist was Chiharu Mikuzuki, a member of SNK Sound Team, so he produced a bunch of music for Neo Geo games and arcade cabinets. Mikuzuki also did guitar and some synth work for this album too
yes and no. yes, the actiual bassist was Mikuzuki-san, but you're still confusing bass and guitar. the Video that was played was Tetsuo Sakurai, the bassist of Casiopea. (not Issei Noro, the guitarist of Casiopea.) None the less there are no live videos of Mikuzuki-san, especially for this album. I think Sakurai is a good representation for the slap bass sound of the 80's Showa Era music in Japan. And of course this video is NOT domino line. The part is from Casiopeas 1985 concert, the song is called Looking Up. Please, before making any assumptions about musicians and their instruments, learn some music theory/history and research about the musicians and their live performances. Correcting and stating facts is awesome, but please do it right. :)
@@masterofowl6300 The video from question is from the Thunder Live taping, if you want me to be a pedant about where it's from, which was released in 1980
such a great musician and tune. thank you!

@@masterofowl6300 Oh yes I remember when Tetsuo Sakurai had a full beard and Issei Noro's facial features LMAO
@@masterofowl6300 And yes I also remember when basses had six standard gauge strings
