Install Vida in Windows 11 - Part 2 (install SQL)

After the installation of Windows 11 is completed (and up-to-date) we need to install SQL Express.
Windows 11 doesn't support the SQL 2005 Express version included on the Vida 2014D install DVD/ISO.

So we need a new version, like SQL 2019 Express
You can download SQL 2019 Express free at the Microsoft Download Center:

Click the Download button, this will download a small file (SQL2019-SSEI-Expr.exe)
Open the downloaded file (SQL2019-SSEI-Expr.exe)
Choose : Download Media, Express Core (255MB)
After the download is done, you can click "Open Folder"
This will open your downloads folder; start/run/double-click/open SQLEXPR_x64_ENU.EXE
This will extract the installation files and then the SQL Server Installation Center will pop-up.
Close the SQL Server Installation Center window.
Go to your Downloads folder and right0click the "SQLEXPR_x64_ENU" folder
Choose "Open in Terminal"
In the black "MS-DOS"-window, type:
.\Setup.exe /ACTION=Install /IACCEPTSQLSERVERLICENSETERMS /ROLE=AllFeatures_WithDefaults /INSTANCENAME=VIDA /SAPWD=GunnarS3g3 /SECURITYMODE=SQL /SQLSVCACCOUNT="NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM" /BROWSERSVCSTARTUPTYPE=Automatic /TCPENABLED=1 /HIDECONSOLE /ENU /QUIETSIMPLE
This will automaticly install SQL server with the correct settings for Vida.
The installation of SQL can take a while, wait until all the SQL Server Setup windows are gone.
You can close the Command Prompt window by typing: exit
(or just click the X button on the top right corner)

i did everythign exactly as show and still getting a error only supported on windows 7 🙄

i do not understand the point of showing all these videos to not show vida installation. Disapointing.

HELLO , WELL WE ALL KNOW THESE STUFF MY FRIEND , the main issue is successfully installing the vida SOFTWARE which you have not mentioned anything in any videos in your channel . and you dont know to spend hours installing windows 11 , its exactly same scenario in windows 10 . !!!!?
