crazy how Eloise watches you do thing to really understand and repeat the right steps! She looks so much like Zack as she ages, a graceful little lady!
Love this :) I loved cooking for myself and eating fresh when it was just me, but transitioning to cooking for my toddler hasn't been the easiest and I really appreciate quick and healthy ideas like this
What lovely ideas! The cheeseburger smashed pitas is definitely something I’m going to try! I’ve been making homemade tomato soup as well and it is just so much Tayser! I haven’t had any issues with acidity and I think that is due to the fact that I use canned stewed tomatoes. I will get fresh if I can and if I can get enough of them. Otherwise it turns out very good anyway! I will also add just a little bit of butternut squash chunks and a carrot or two and it adds an extra layer of flavor!
Hi Delilah, these meals sound so yummy! I try to try some. I don't have already made things so I will have to buy some things when we go grocery shop! Eloise is so cute you cook these things & your sons too! Though I think Eloise will probably be a great cook like you! Someday, she'll be making a whole meal. My Mom didn't cook from scatch. She used to before I was born. But she got older & just used the modern conveniences. She did make grape jelly & zucchini relish! I didn't like the zucchini relish that much, but I liked the grape jelly! ♥️😉🫂🐾🦋✏️📓🪡🧵🧶🍄🍁🎃🧙♀️✨️
I love to throw in a couple handfuls of raw rice while my tomato soup is simmering before blending. It adds a dairy-free creaminess and bulks up a simple dish with hidden carbs!
Such yummy recipes!!! When introducing the Brown Sugar Porkchops you said “Warm Tomato Salad” but I think you meant “Potato”! Both sound tasty though 😂😋
Ps I'm wondering what you might recommend for the Tomato soup- I'm very sensitive to onion, could you recommend a good substitute or herb? Thank you! 🙂
Yum looks so so good! I love seeing your kids help! Makes me miss my kids when they were small, although I still have a 9 yr old. :-) Where did you get the awesome kiddo knife?
Great thing you swapped your pans for a non toxic set! But I see you using parchment paper alot and that contains the same toxic you're avoiding in pans. That's what's making the parchment paper non stick
@@vanesssxoxo i'm from the Netherlands so I wouldn't know any Canadian brands, but here we have more natural stores and they sell natural parchment paper without the toxins. But I never use parchment paper, I just use stainless steel pans/plates for in the oven and use oil. Sometimes it does stick a bit, but I prefer this instead of using toxic ingredients
@@biancabosch5372. Thank u for your input! It’s ALWAYS good to know what other ways people have figured out things!! And from a different country too!! Hello Netherlands person! My nephew lives in the Netherlands! For around 8 yrs, probably! Wish I could visit him, plus see your country!
This is not burger or even smashed pita we call it (lahmajun) in Arabic Countries and Turks have the same and the call it the same, next time try it with a thiner bread layer ❤
sad to say but I feel like the videos have become more and more ads and less videos... I understand this is her job and income but it just feels so soulless how she speaks about these pans for so long....
If you got the cookware for free to review in a sponsored video . Why would you say I invested in a good quality cookware. You haven’t invested anything if you didn’t pay for it . I feel that is not a honest representation.
Initially, I felt that she was definitely misrepresenting the situation. However, she technically said that she “decided it was time to invest in some cookware”, not that she actually did invest in it. Also, it is possible that she was going to buy the cookware anyway, but then reached out to see if they would sponsor her…who knows 🤷🏻♀️
@@angelinamccarville. Sounds like a very reasonable explanation! So many many times there’s a very mundane reason for things that happen. It’s usually simpler than one thinks!
These are nice meal ideas but the "smashed burger pitas" are not a new invention. Arabs in the Levant have been making them for centuries, we call it lahm b ajeen. Turkish people also have a version of it and other south Asian cultures.
This is a kind comment, meant to be helpful and informative. If you are concerned about the toxins in non stick cookware, you may want to stop using parchment paper in much of your cooking/baking. Its all the same nonstick toxins.
Hi! It’s my understanding that you can buy parchment paper without the heavy metals and toxic elements. If this is not the case, and there is no “safe” parchment paper, please let me know. It was my understanding that the parchment paper I use is “clean” and I’d definitely like to know if it isn’t!! For reference, I use an unbleached, silicone based parchment paper.
@@angelinamccarvilleYes, I wondering about silicone, if that would be safe or not. The word doesn’t sound safe, but I don’t really know. I, too, wish to know how we could find out!
How does the Caraway brand pan compare to the Our Place everything pan? I'd love to know your thoughts, I went between the two for our wedding registry but went with Our Place and I feel like the non-stick is already going and it's only been a year 🥲
I’ve only been using these for a couple weeks so I don’t know how they’ll hold up. I do enjoy my Our Place pot and pan but these feel superior in quality!
Caraway is by far so much better. I have both and have used both for over a year. Our Place may look great, but that is all that it is. The nonstick goes away pretty quickly, the finish tarnishes super quickly and gets brown on both the inside and outside. I was so disappointed because it isn’t a cheap pan and for some reason, every influencer says it is the best. Buy Caraway. I use mine every day and it still looks brand new.
I’ve noticed in the past that you also use all-clad pans (I’d recognize that copper interior anywhere). Do you like them? I know they are an investment, and I’m wondering if they’re worth it.
crazy how Eloise watches you do thing to really understand and repeat the right steps! She looks so much like Zack as she ages, a graceful little lady!
I can’t believe how big Eloise is. I used to watch her eat so well as a baby and now she’s helping you cook!!
Your low-effort meals are my high-effort meals! But they look yummy, wholesome and healthy. Your family is very lucky.
Thank you for the ideas!!! I'd love a series, maybe fall meal ideas. That would be lovely.
I’m going to be making every single one of these recipes!! Just what I needed while in the midst of a dinner rut! Thank you!
I enjoy these kind of videos the most. I find peace in watching people cook and feed their loved ones and you do it very well delilah ❤
In a world where there is so much consumerism it's nice to see slow home-cooked/wholesome meals and family time.
It's impressive to see such a young mom like you with so many meals under her belt !!
I love that these are also budget friendly!
I freaking love my sage Caraway set. Have loved them for the last 3 years. They're the best.
These are absolutely genius Delilah
I dint realize how much I needed this video
ALL of these meals would be hits with my family!! 😄 Thanks for the inspiration!
I made the tomato soup and my husband said it was one of the best meals I have ever made! LOVE IT!!!
Beautiful & amazing job letting everyone know about the toxic teflon fumes

I would love a 30 minute meals fall/winter inspired
These all look so good!! Would love to see what you make for your family as the weather gets colder, too.
These were amazing ideas!! Literally going to try them all. thank you!
I'm hungry after watching this video... 😅 thanks for sharing with us your homemade meals. 😊
The broccoli in the strainer over the rice….🤯 where has this been all my life?!
Every meal has my mouth watering! I have a bunch of tomatoes so I’m going to try the soup first!

Great great, meal ideas, I’ll be adding to my family menu 😊thank you!
I discovered that Japanese barbecue sauce and use it on everything too!!! 😊

What kind of cheese do you use for grilled cheese? Also is there a recipe for your bread that’s not sourdough?
I would love the ingredient amounts for the tomato soup recipe please can you share? thanks Marcella

We have the same knife, the brand is Opinel. :)
All look tasty!!!!
How long do you have your caraway set? That one looks brand new
I really love caraway and plan to get it when I move houses next year... that being said, don't you usually use the Our Place pans?
I love that japanese barbecue sauce! Downfall, it is only a seasonal ingredient at Costco :(
we use that bbq sauce too
How did you prep the garlic you use?
I tired to find a link, but can't find one. Which knife is your daughter using?
My tomato soup recipe is the same except I add a splash of Worcestershire and a little lemon juice.
what ingredient amounts please?
Can I have the info of the knife that Eloise was holding ?
What happened to the our place cookware
I was wondering the same thing ❤ I bought those because of how she was talking about them 😅
Can you please share your bagel recipe!!!!!!!?????
Perfect timing!!!!
At been a rough week with our daughter getting over a sickness and wants to be held non stop 😞
Thank you for making this!
Caesar dressing recipe?
Really interested in the Caraway set but the shipping to Canada is almost 200$ that’s insane😭
Ok did you just steam your broccoli on top of your rice in a colander? What kind of genius idea did I just witness 🤯
