I have seen people with better voices, men and women alike, who did a far better job. This guy(?) has no shred of an idea what Queen music was about, and quite frankly: I find him disgusting.

I usually don’t take any notice of people who are as brain dead as you, but I have seen Queen in the seventies and eighties and went to the Tribute concert in London. Search for that nice woman from Nashville who gave an incredible performance of Somebody to Love. THAT’S how you honor the greatest singer and performer that ever was! You know actually Freddie recorded this like some months prior to his death so it’s one of the most fierce and powerful songs ever written and sang because his soul was breaking as he was singing it but this was a very impressive audition and I loved it. Freddie would be really happy and proud❤️

People already think Simon a terrible person he only has one song that's known and it's not even that good and he sitting here judging people on their singing. Rather he would have stood up or not or said yes or no. The same thing people thought about him at beginning of the episode they would have thought the same thing about him at end of the episode, but I do agree the audition was not that good.

It takes a REAL man to be this fabulous.
I couldn't care less that he is gay. Besides he has a great sense of style. What matters is that his voice is excellent and powerful and can sound like opera while the theatrical in him is so expressive. Some may say he dresses as a woman. I think he dresses as a man who made those clothes his own. His rendition is full of suspense and he does sound emotional.
His rendition of Life on Mars was intentionally less theatrical and more emotional. I wish Seann kept both. I'm not a huge fan of his recent songs as they don't do him justice. But if this man doesn't have a future in showbusiness and as a singer...what else are we going to be left with? Something insipid and bland...Yes he verges on cabaret. This is great &intentional. He's a very good actor, too.
