Stephanie- my absolute favorite bits of Chateau Diaries is when you're sharing little bits of teaching, whether you're giving a bit of history about art or another chateau etc., or you're sharing a recipe and how it's made, or you're making some curtains and showing how you're doing it. Whatever- that's the La Land gold right there...absolute favorite content. You have an untapped audience in gardening, I suggest incorporating more info in actual gardening techniques and knowledge from Kristie and the team in that sphere!
I’m nursing Strep Throat and Bronchitis this Christmas while my mom has the stomach flu! Even though we’re thousands of miles away, we can stand in solidarity together that it won’t break our merry spirits! Or at least lay down in solidarity 😂

I've been so concerned about Gerald during advent. I know it's a very busy time on the taxis but I didn't hear him mentioned at all. So glad he has made it and is able to spend the holiday with his adoptive family.

Your dear aunt said the most true thing….how lucky you all are to be together there, as a family, and with such great friends and all too. It is a very special time and what makes Christmas season so wonderful. My parents have been gone for years and so all but one aunt, that no one is particularly close to, remains. All the cousins are scattered and with our parents gone, we have become estranged and never see each other. Even within my own family, I’m afraid some political differences have impacted our relationship. It makes me very sad. There’s too much that has made me sad and mad this year. But I know I have a lot to be grateful for too. So yes, you are so blessed to have your family and friends with you there and doing all those wonderful Christmasee things. Stephanie is a superb host of the videos; the best of all the chateau vlogs IMHO. She is bubbly, informative, articulate, inclusive, complimentary, endlessly polite and I just love her accent. Auntie and Uncle are very entertaining; love them. Isabelle is very dry and utterly adorable. Pavlina is very creative. Is P a trained florist? Questions: Does Amaury have any siblings? Does Stephanie have any siblings? I subscribed to Michael’s F1 channel, although I don’t have any previous interest in F1 racing but I found the interview with Stephanie really interesting which gave more backstory to both racing and Michael’s long interest in the sport. I did watch a few series of Drive to Survive on Netflix. I was fascinated but I didn’t understand the scoring when I watched a recent race (my husband couldn’t believe I wanted to watch!). I’ll have to keep watching Michael’s channel to get the low-down. I just love the Lalande family and your vlogs make me feel as if I’m there. You must be so run down and exhausted after your mammoth task of producing all those advent vlogs as well as your usual videos and the wirlwind trips before Christmas. Stephanie is a superb host of the videos; the best of all the chateau vlogs IMHO. She is bubbly, informative, articulate, inclusive, complimentary, endlessly polite and I just love her accent. Auntie and Uncle are very entertaining; love them. Isabelle is very dry and utterly adorable.

I subscribed to Michael’s F1 channel, although I don’t have any previous interest in F1 racing but I found the interview with Stephanie really interesting which gave more backstory to both racing and Michael’s long interest in the sport. I did watch a few series of Drive to Survive on Netflix. I was fascinated but I didn’t understand the scoring when I watched a recent race (my husband couldn’t believe I wanted to watch!). I’ll have to keep watching Michael’s channel to get the low-down.

Merry Christmas everyone!!! I'm enjoying time with my family but to be honest I'm sad tomorrow is Christmas. That means I won't see your beautiful vlogs everyday!
