I saw a bit on Sky Sports with Jamie Carragher and they were talking about the work rate of our number 29, he consistently runs about 11.5km per game, which is more than ANY OTHER NUMBER 9 in the Premier League.
Isak is decent, though expensive, when you consider the injury history. Whilst Gyokeries operates in CF, his style shows he can rotate with LW if required.

I’d love to hear where else we need strengthening more than the striker role. Between CL, FA and the reggie league games we could use rotation. Gabbie isn’t the 20+ goal man he once was. Havertz has been impressive but he has yet to earn the title of “world class.”
With the solid defensive unit we have it’s time for a solid goal scorer
Aside from a solid backup for Odegaard I’d say a top striker is priority. 2nd to that is a top winger
we dont have limited money. We finished in last 8 of the champions league and top 2 in England plus we have at least 3 players we can sell

Brilliant video, whatever happens this season, I am proud of our team ,manager, and not forgetting backroom staff and most of all our fans have been fantastic.
In my opinion I think Arsenal should prioritize getting a winger, more than getting a striker.
A winger that can play both in the left and right wing. Nico Williams.
We should also consider getting another attacking midfielder, to rotate with Odegaard and partner well with Harvetz. HMO, because we are going to have more CL games next season.. we need to rest Rice, cannot keep playing him the whole season. (In my perfect world, if we can afford him) Give me Wirtz.
And finally, someone to help with and dominate in our left side, of the pitch. Give me a Grimaldo.
Think about it, next season we have: Williams, Trossard, Saka, Martinelli, Gabriel Jesus up-font.
Odegaard, Havertz, Wirtz, Jorginho, Partey, Viera, Rice, Nwaneri in the midfield.
Grimaldo, Timber, Big Gabby, Saliba, Tomi, White, Kiwior and Raya, at the back.
We could use 2-3 more new, fresh legs. PAUSE. Like Everton-Onana or Ferdi Kadioglu or Olise idk.
EDIT: ...And then we let Arteta work his magic with all that talent.
Wirtz is definitely not leaving LEVERKUSEN this season. Grimaldo unlikely as well.

The versatile wide player Arsenal needed was Wilfred Zaha. He could have helped us for a season or two. For center-forward, Isak is the guy. That said, the priority this summer must be a proper left-back. Whether getting Tierney to forgive Arteta and return or buying a proven specialist.

A move for Olly Watkins from Aston Villa would not be a bad idea. He scores goals and he's a Gooner too. And under Arteta and playing for the team he supports, he'd just get better and better.
And even though Neto is a good player, I wouldn't touch him due to his injury problems.

I think we need more of a midfield and a defensive backup for both Gabi and Saliba and if Arteta wont use Nelson a backup for saka.
Somebody needs to say this. To cut through all the positive spin and speak for the majority of fans that are hurting. I have sat and watched Arteta throw away the league 2 years back to back. We had this title in our hands. Liverpool literally gave it to us in the morning and by afternoon we gave it to Man city. All because of Arteta's ego. I am sorry, that is it. We all know that Partey and Declan rice are key to our midfield and had been waiting all season for this pairing. Partey has been fit since February and played in games leading up to Villa, but Arteta and his man crush for Jorginho cost us again, just like last year. SMH, we lost the title by 5 points last year, Brighton at home and Forest away (Jorginho was selected ahead of Partey as the holding 6, why?). This led to dropping 6 crucial points. This year Aston Villa, we all know that Havertz at 8 and Rice at 6 doesn't work. Almost every game we lost, that was the combination. Partey he deliberately left partey out of villa and Bayern. We had to sit and watch our season go up in flames. Watch Nketiah get minutes while Partey is on the bench. Jorginho gifting goals to villa. Now all of a sudden Partey is playing every game. Unfortunately Arteta is a again, a bit too late. He thought he could afford to tinker and play his boy. Now we are hoping for a miracle. Sad. I am not "Arteta Out" as I see the progress, but we must call out his glaring blunders, we are not satisfied. this is now 2 shots at the prize that he has missed. Next year, 3 strikes your out.
You can’t be overly agitated because it takes a great manager to even compete with the likes of Klopp & Pep in this short space of time and let’s not overlook that it is Arteta’s first club. Ofcourse he made crucial mistakes in team selections but 90% of the time he gets his team and tactics spot on over the last 2 years. The Saliba, Partey & Zinchenko issues last year did affect the run and his selection Dilemma and tbf, he has brought in suitable replacements than what we had last year. That Villa match would be the one for me that cost us this year ultimately. Zinchenko & Jesus now are not good enough for the first team and Zinchenko’s lack of defensive ability cost us this year and it will be for the LAST TIME based on Arteta’s growth as a coach.
Jorginho has been key in a lot of matches for us in Partey’s absense BUT against Bayern, that was a NO and Villa as well. He has done enough to warrant the extension so good for him.
The team is still on the upward trajectory under Mikel. This season we have had worst performers than those you mentioned like Martinelli, Saka(by our standards for him), Nketiah, Nelson, Jesus and even Saliba has seemed human a few times. That is all part of growth and Arteta will know better.
I think Kai will be our game breaker next season. Arteta will invest some money in a defender and a winger

I think we should focus on a star midfielder this summer, because that’s where our biggest improvement can be made. Frenkie de Jong is the ideal signing, an incredible player who would perfectly fit our system and flourish under Arteta. I also think Odegaard should be shifted to the left, where he’s consistently proved he’s most efficient as the angles suit him better.
Next window we can focus on star forwards. Leao would be a revelation, he’s the closest to Thierry Henry in the world.

i think Rice, Partey and Odegaard is as elite as it gets. Long term we need to replace partey and jorginho but if partey is fit, i dont think de Jong would be much of an upgrade. People forgott how world class a fit Thomas Partey is
@@matthiasleiss4807sadly it’s a big if whether Partey is fit throughout the season. He’s also aging and hasn’t got the legs he used to, I think it would be best to sell him now. It’s a big gap to fill, so signing de Jong and Onana is essential imo.

The one thing that worries me about Isak is his injury record. For the priced we’re going to have to pay, I wouldn’t sign him.
Just think of it as a replacement of nketia. I really don't think he'd be a starter with havertz form. Really makes me give up on the game when he gets brought on. Imagine jesus and isak being the finishers instead of jesus and nketia. I'm not sure he'd have the game time to be getting himself injured all the time.

Hot take: We don't need to sign a striker. We need a true left back and a left 8. Kudus would be excellent for the left 8 position. Since Ben White has gotten better at inverting, a traditional LB like Tierney (without the injuries) would be perfect. Zinchenko should be second choice for both LB and left 8

In my opinion Bhavvs14, we need 3-4 players in the summer......
We need a decent, top top class number 6.
We also need another versatile defender.
We also need a versatile wide forward.....
We also need a different number 9 to what we already have.
I'll have a think and update this when I've had a brainstorming session with myself.
I'd go for kudos aswell, with his ability to play in the mid and across the front. He can cover on the wings aswell.
We need an attacking player who can break the mid block. Someone with speed and intelligence to time runs for balls over the top and someone who can finish with his head for crosses and corners.

Saka did not have any bad season. People are not observant enough to notice that the opposing teams have learnt to surround him with at least 2 or 3 defenders any time he has the ball and most teams that failed to do so often end up regretting it. Saka's form never dropped and he seems to be devising a way to overcome this new challenge.

Buying prolific striker means Havertz going to play in the middle again. I prefer a backup striker, or promote our youngster Obi martin if he's eligible. But that's my personal opinion, Arteta knows best.

ALL of our clean sheets are in spite of Raya not because of him. Saliba often refuses to pass it back to him and I believe was kicking himself for the pass to him vs Tottenham, which had an obvious horrible result. Raya is bad! Why not show the stat of how many passes, short and long that he didn't complete? BAD! By the way Declan Rice was worth every penny! Great addition to the side.

I would take any of them. we have one of the world bests back, with options in defence, arguably the best midfield 3, in Partey, Rice and Odegaard, then the front 3, Saka, Trossard and Havertz? Martinelli? pleny of options, but we need a solid 11 and we only have 10 imo
