I find watching those sorts of videos overwhelming. I much prefer to watch you maintain your home, it keeps me really motivated to keep mine maintained and not let it get away on me.

And when I am home I’m exhausted from working outside the home or from being to sports stuff with the kids. My mom always maintained the home well but she was a stay at home mom so it’s a different schedule than how I live my life now. But you are so correct with how overwhelming it becomes when it’s not maintained. Not to mention how long it takes to clean a space that’s not been maintained. Being able to watch you gives me the light at the end of the tunnel for my house. I know one day it will be easier for me! I enjoy watching you videos!

I love to decanter, organize, and put whatever in its place. I cleaned all of the blinds and cleaned my refrigerator shelves last week, plus through away expired foods and canned goods from the closet and refrigerator. I also straighten up inside each kitchen cabinets and drawers.

I find that watching channels like yours help me keep up my house. I didn't have a good role model for housekeeping. I wondered how people kept such clean, tidy homes. You and others have helped me realize how to do it. I guess there are niches on TH-cam. Yours may be helping people like me. Also I enjoy listening to you. I also add things to my to-do list just to cross them off. Lol

It helps keep the memories alive & going. I have 13 yr daughter and she is the opposite of me, doesn't care if anything is clean 🤦♀️🤦♀️ I tell her everyday to do just do a little pick me up in her room & eventually it'll be clean haha I also twin toddlers & they have learned to put things!

Jessie, I, too, like to light candles in memories of those that have passed. I'm in tears as I miss my mom and husband so much. My candles are lite. I’m sorry for your loss, Grandma’s are so special. I Iove the idea of the candle. I lost my Grandmother in 2016 she was 98 and I have a glass basket that I always put red Christmas balls in every Christmas because she always did that and it reminds me of her.
The candle for your grandma is so special. That will always help you hold onto the memories that you had with her. I lost my grandma a month after my husband and I got married in June of 2021. I have a memorial table downstairs in my living room for her because I miss her so much. I hope that you and your family are doing well ❤

I teared up. What an amazing way to keep your grandmas memory I lost my dad in May. I think I’m going to make a candle in his honor. So crazy! My dad use to listen to that same song. He’d always sing it to my mom when we were kids. Oh girl, I too appreciate the real!! I had fallen victim to the perfect home. I went so far as to talking my husband into a huge beautiful home that honestly we would have been in so much debt buying. Thankfully I came to my senses and was like, no!! We can’t do this. He has a rare autoimmune disease and we aren’t sure how long he will be working. We live in a home that is paid for. So why I thought it would be a great idea to move and go in debt at this point still blows my mind. Yes, it was my dream home but our home is still beautiful. Thank you so much for the motivation and for always putting out such great content❤❤❤

Winona Ryder, Catherine O'Hara and Michael Keaton are FANTASTIC in their original roles. It's a little gory for younger ones, so I'd make sure you watch it first if your kids are sensitive :)
I'm finally all caught up!!! I really need to do some fall cleaning and decorating, but my family and I are going on a big vacation in a few weeks and part of me is so anxious about the vacation that I don't have spoons for decorating...but I would love to come home to a nice clean house that's decorated for the fall! I try to do one load of laundry a day. It really helps!! I once let it go due to some life changed and I literally had 12 loads of laundry to do it was so overwhelming. It took me a full Saturday to do all that laundry. I told myself never again.

My lord I need your energy!!! I did work on our bedroom over the weekend and tried to organize my makeup area. Washed my brushes. My hubby cleaned the garage. I just can’t concentrate when I go into one room and something needs to be done and I’m like let me get this done before going to finish that lol. I’m also like you on the cleaning supplies and I love it and tell my hubby guess what I finished another cleaner or another bath item(shampoo, etc). I still can’t find the dawn scents in stores. I have a desk and wanna be productive and say here’s my desk and do a “job” to help make money and not feel like it’s a job but I never sit at my desk. I wanna work from home and all but am scared to start a channel and all that. I just have a lot of ideas and stuff but I’m chicken lol. I guess putting myself out there is scaring me. Anyhoo. I hate to hear you are scared to do it but I totally understand why! I can say from experience there are FAR MORE amazing and uplifting people than there is mean people. Mean people are hurting people. I won’t say to ignore it because that’s not easy. Anyone would be affected by a mean person but I promise you the good outweighs the bad! P.s. love the part where you spoke about your sister, I have 5! Your sister sounds like she sleeps the same as me except I generally dont snore but...I have been known to laugh out loud in my sleep. I wake people up I laugh so loudly 😂 and Yes to the lovely scented laundry, not overpowering just lovely clean smelling.

I try to do one load of laundry a day. It really helps!! I once let it go due to some life changed and I literally had 12 loads of laundry to do it was so overwhelming. It took me a full Saturday to do all that laundry. I told myself never again.

Beetlejuice is great! I would say it’s a lot like the first one- couple swear words but otherwise it’s fine for kids. Mine loved it!
My lord I need your energy!!! I did work on our bedroom over the weekend and tried to organize my makeup area. Washed my brushes. My hubby cleaned the garage. I just can’t concentrate when I go into one room and something needs to be done and I’m like let me get this done before going to finish that lol. I’m also like you on the cleaning supplies and I love it and tell my hubby guess what I finished another cleaner or another bath item(shampoo, etc). I still can’t find the dawn scents in stores. I have a desk and wanna be productive and say here’s my desk and do a “job” to help make money and not feel like it’s a job but I never sit at my desk. I wanna work from home and all but am scared to start a channel and all that. I just have a lot of ideas and stuff but I’m chicken lol. I guess putting myself out there is scaring me. Anyhoo. I hate to hear you are scared to do it but I totally understand why! I can say from experience there are FAR MORE amazing and uplifting people than there is mean people. Mean people are hurting people. I won’t say to ignore it because that’s not easy. Anyone would be affected by a mean person but I promise you the good outweighs the bad! Just think of all the people you’d inspire with your unique ideas and perspective!

I clean just like you, cleaning brings me peace if that makes sense lol. I think there is always something that can be cleaned or even if it’s rearranging furniture to give a different feel.
