rlcraft has such a cool route. or maybe since nobody really speedruns the modpack because its severely unoptimized. world record took about two weeks of grinding, and every day was a learning experience because i have absolutely no game sense when it comes to this modpack, so my only knowledge of the game comes from experience and a few wikis lol
still needs retime, i had to relog for about 20 seconds and i dont know if world loading counts toward final time either.

I assumed flint was in the low tier battle tower chest rates and figured if you found an overlap for feathers and flint it’d be nice

damn i never thought I would ever see a speedrun of a modpack. If you're ever interested in doing more, i've always thought about a simple speedrun for the Vault Hunters modpack. I think something that would be feasible would be a "Complete your first vault" speedrun as that only involves getting purpur to make a vault altar, getting a crystal and making it, and then running and completing the vault.

I played through RLCraft and yet still learned a bunch from this run for my next play. Thumbs up.

i enjoy speedrun and rlcraft content this is insane
to help you feel better, sitting next to the end portal getting flint actually made your temperature go up quite a bit which made you not waste even more time making your temperature go up mid-fight
i remember watching this dude play gd now he has the wr for prob one of the hardest mods
i couldnt even get wood.
Sadly he doesn't have the wr as the ender dragon isn't the end boss for rlcraft, there's 3 other bosses that need to be defeated for rlcraft to be considered complete. So technically this is an incomplete run.

Just because it's not popular to beat rlcraft and most people stop at the ender dragon doesn't make that the game get beaten/ competed early. It's like watching 1/4 of a movie and going yup i watched the whole thing 😂

If people didnt know why he use a Old ver of RlCraft? Because the Lycanites mobs Is Now has Knowlage that you need to Gain More Knowlage Than 1 to Able Tame or Summon

You can turn off Mouse Acceleration on your Windows Mouse settings to have "Raw Input" in all versions of Minecraft! Its weird that they only now fixed that in 1.13

Incomplete run, rlcraft isn't over/ beaten until the 3 major bosses are killed, it was a nice ender dragon run, but the run as a whole is incomplete

It's been so long since i've heard of RLcraft
21 Minutes is just insane, i find this mod to be incredibly hard, downright unfair. Even with diamond gear most of the enemies just 2 or 3 shot me to the head. I think i spent 21 minutes alone just finding a save place to build, without getting oneshot 10 times in a row.

I know this is a year old, but i wouldnt mind seeing a "Union Speedrun" where you have to kill all 4 main bosses.
You could use some of the extra levels to level up flint finding.

Theres a skill that increases flint chance.
I believe most rlcraft speedruns are considered " beating" all four bosses not just the ender dragon

Rlcraft seems like a really cool one to speedrun... Like it's unbalanced enough to where if people thought about it a lot, and got competitive enough, like with vanilla Minecraft, they'd be able to get to like sub 10s
not in the recent update you dont lol, the rebalancing of 2.9 is INSANE, you can no longer get mounts/pets/summons in a single day anymore which would ruin this run completely, thats why no one has attempted and succeeded a 2.9 run before
oh and as well as the fact that you can't yeet tower golems off battle towers anymore, you can still cheese it but it works differently and it's not as fast

you can turn off mouse accel (and thus make aim feel like 1.13+) in additional mouse settings in windows (its call increase pointer precision or smth)

I can relate on flint not dropping. once it wasn't dropping so i started counting and it took like 80 or 90 tries for 1 flint

I know you mentioned you don't really play rlcraft, so you may not know this, but killing the ender dragon isn't the end of rlcraft. There's 3 other major bosses you need to beat for rlcraft to be considered to be complete.
Also i noticed this was done on 2.8.2 which is a lot easier than 2.9.1.
Pretty impressive ender dragon time, even for the version.
Would be interesting to see what you'd get for time actually beating rlcraft.

honestly would be more fun if they just dived fully into the fantasy stuff instead of making seperate health bars, thirst and temperature meters and the weight requirements for armour.
