(re)starting rituals; winter 21/22

A collection of moments from November 2021 to January 2022 with some of my December habits and New Year's rituals. Like I share in the video, I like to take advantage of the "starting" kind of energy that's around right as we go into a New Year, but tapping into that energy can be done whenever you feel like you need it. Though, I usually like to connect it to the start of one of many naturally occurring cycles as it's always a bit more flowy this way:)
