1. You don’t need IELTS if you are applying for CSC and if you have graduated from a listed university because they can provide you with a proficiency certificate. Also, if you want to apply for master's degrees in other countries, they don’t require IELTS if you have studied at MOE universities. I have gone through this process, so I’m sharing this information with you.
But nowadays you need IELTS to apply for CSC master scholarships, if you're graduated from NON LISTED.
2. However, if you want to take the USMLE or the UKMLA, you have to take the OET, not the IELTS, regardless of where you graduated from.
3. The MBBS course falls under clinical medicine, but clinical medicine is not exactly the same as MBBS.
4. In some cases nowadays, they are asking for an NOC from students to confirm the credential hours for those who have studied at non-listed universities.
